Do not waste your time or money coming to this place, you won’t see a Dr. or receive a personalized service, someone from a TV will conduct the exam from another State and, no matter what you’ll need glasses that are going to come long after whatever they tell, the prescription will be bad and you won’t have anyone to complain to, scammers..,as soon as they have your money your are out...

This place is the most unorganized company I have ever dealt with. They make false promises, the customer service is the worst, once they get your money you are stuck. I am still waiting for my shades to be shipped to Toronto, Canada. Every time I phone, they give me another story, It has been almost 2 months and I am still waiting for them to be shipped or posted. I want my shades. I keep calling the manager (long distance) and they give me different stories. I know it was sent to the FT Lauderdale office and they were to post it to my address in Canada 1 month ago. nobody knows what is going on there. I spent $ 754.00us. I regret every dollar.

No Dr there after waiting more than an hour. Then told Dr would be doing a remote exam but tech problems. Lied to. Wasted my Saturday. Horrible

These people are crooks and schemers! $59, try $250. Very disappointed with the Snellville location! Do not believe anything these people may tell you, they are not reputable!

They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Not only did customer service send me 20 miles in a hurricane to a store that they knew could not do the eye exam I had to turn around in the hurricane and drive 30 more miles to a location with the customer service was pushing the equipment wasn't working once I did was able to get the exam done she lied to make the sale and guaranteed my glasses would be there 7 to 10 days 20 days later my glasses are still not there the little girl wanted to raise her voice over the phone over talk me over the phone because she knew she provided bad customer service in the end I had to cancel my order do not use this company their glasses are too expensive the customer service and just to take your money

your advertising is very misleading on tv

The service was good but at the time of delivery. The lenses are very delayed. They tell you it takes two weeks. for delivery but. lies. they take much longer

Bought 2 pairs of glass from My Eyelab in Arlington, TX. First all the frames were not measured to fit my face so one them was bend by the manager on day of collection and now the glasses are curved and its hard to see with them. When I picked the second pair today 10-11-2018 I was handed glasses with no case. I was told that that they don't provide cases for bigger frames. So what is the customer like supposed to do? They are the ones selling the frames and I'm expected to buy my own case even after doing at least $1k business with them. I would stay away from My Eyelab located on Cooper Street in Arlington, TX if you want glasses.
