Worst customer service I've ever received anywhere! I originally went to the Brooks City Base location with my insurance and eye exam in hand. The associate name Priscilla took my information and said she would call me the following morning to help me with my eye glasses the next morning came waited all day and no phone call from anyone from eyelab. I called multiple times and no one can help me out or no one would answer. Finally I got someone on the phone and told me that Priscilla was no longer working for this company and was informed that she might have taken my paperwork and insurance information with her or discarded in trash can per management telling me this. I have had only one conversation with the manager named Crystal she explained to me she would look into it and would notify me with a phone call . I have yet to receive any phone calls from this company. I had made repeated phone calls to corporate and was told that someone from there management team would reach out to me with no response from them on how they would correct this and make it right for me. I had to make repeated phone calls to the Brooks City Base location and go in person to speak to someone in order to get some assistance with this issue finally I was able talk to a manager and they located my paperwork after an hour of waiting .he did make me an offer on some glasses $150 out of pocket . Really??? but I did not accept it really was not a discount he wanted to charge me full price for some glasses .I told the manager I just wanted my paperwork back and will no longer be doing business with this company ever again!!! Buyer beware!!

Mi experiencia deseo compartirla para que ustedes puedan evitar caer en publicidad engañosa con esta compañía oftalmologica. Primero que nada la atención al cliente pésima en la locación de la Pines Boulevard. Yo compré mis lentes correctivos en la promoción compra 1 y lleva 1 gratis lo cual es una fachada y uno de los lentes presentó un defecto y su garantía que no aparece ni en la factura ni en ninguna parte. Según ellos para no hacerse responsables, te dicen que debes pagar un 20% del valor del lente y yo me pregunto como es eso sí un par es supuestamente gratuito???? Y te dicen que eso fue un sistema viejo... y la promoción sigue vigente está en letras grandes rotulada por toda la tienda... Primero me dijeron que pagará $50, luego por teléfono que no pagaría nada, fui por segunda vez y me pusieron al mánager y este me indicó que debía pagar $94... Está gente no es sería y mucho menos responsable. No se los recomiendo

This is not somewhere I would advise a friend or a even stranger to go to. It was made clear to me on the "guaranteed date" I would have my glasses is MERELY a suggestion and certainly not something they care enough to honor or apologize for missing. Their customer service leaves much to be desired. Even today, when I took off work to come in to get the glasses I was promised just yesterday, they still failed to tell me that they only had one of my two glasses ready. The lady I spoke with was cold, curt and rude. She couldn't even have bothered to check to see if my glasses were truly in. Truly worthless experience. Take my advice, go somewhere else.

Called to ask for my prescription since my experience with my last visit was so bad I want to take my prescription elsewhere. The manager informed me that the only way to get my prescription was via FAX! This is July 15th 2019 and unless I had a fax, the only other option was to drive there and pick up my prescription. Is this company in the DARK AGES. Seriously, he couldn't email it to me only fax! He then gave me the same number of his store to call for customer service. I'm guessing you don't need much of an education to be a manager of My Eyelab. Needless to say I'm now on hold for the past 15 minutes to speak to customer service at 888-792-8588.

Guys! ba careful to sign a deal for glasses here.Good customer service though. The catch, watch out and read every single condition for the contract you sign. It is slavery & financial exploitation. EyeLab assogn you lease to a the one i call the " SLAUGHTER HOUSE "..ACIMA CREDIT. Bought glasses at Eyelab for $600 plus and had to pay over $1200 at the end of the lease!! So, watch out!!!

Don’t fall for the $59 deal! If your prescription is over a 2 then the glasses start at $230.00! Misleading!!

Went to Buford location for glasses. Was shocked to see the Dr on the screen. The 59.95 price is very misleading. My prescription was going to cost 425.00 for 2 pair of glasses. So the lady made me a deal and one pair cost 60.00. When they came back, my prescription was too strong. They informed my husband that I would need to come back on a Wednesday cause that is when the Dr would be there. I went in a few months later when school was out and the employees informed me that the Dr no longer visits the Buford store. Now I have glasses that I can't wear!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

This is not a real Doctor. Your exam is done online. You talk to the doctor on a TV screen. Don't waste your money. See a real Doctor.
