I should have known my experience was not going to be any different then the first one I had with my son.. (it took 3 weeks to get his glasses and he is 11 and had no backup ones so he suffered in school 😞) It took me two weeks to get my first ever set of glasses and right away I knew something was wrong with the prescription. The employees at the store told me it was normal for one eye to be so blurry and to give it two weeks for my eyes to adjust... well I tried for a week and nothing was getting better but my headaches were getting worse! I talked to an optometrist who disagreed with the info I had been given from my eye lab. The optometrist said I should have been able to tell a difference within the first 24hours and obviously I have the wrong prescription 😭😭 I’m so frustrated with myself for giving them a second chance!!!!

If posable my rating would be lower. I took my 73-year-old wife to the location by the Mall of Georgia. It was a poor process from the beginning. First, the "exam" is virtual. the actual my wife was staring at the screen and talking to someone over a computer. Second, high-pressure sales to upgrade to a high-cost solution. That we purchased for over $800. Third, I called that evening to cancel the order and was told it was "imposable" because it was already in the computer system. But was told they would process a refund after the order came in if we did not like the item. Fourth, after almost 3 1/2 months we have only been refunded $178.

This is my 1st time getting my eyes exam and searching for glasses after 2 years.. I went here due to the promotion advise free exam and 2 pair of glasses...well false advertisement... I go to the Eyelab on Beach Blvd. The exam was done with a lab tech on the screen....my eyes was not dialated .just blew air ..after an hour of this . I had to wait until the lab screen lady send my prescription... A young man name Randall help me with finding a pair of glasses...then explain how to get the promotion which was a LIE....after learning about my insurance he went on to sale you need this/that... I refuse...my expense card from my job had an error..so I ask Randall if I could contact next day..did that..he advised the glasses would take 2 weeks... After 2 weeks someone called/advised my glasses was ready for pick up.. Go to pick up my glasses/no where to be found...now I'm mad... I wasted 3 hours the 1st day...lab tech Jessica was so rude with her smart remarks...you advised you was using a different card/so on..looking on the sticky note I gave Randall was my exact card info...her response was how she knows it correct so I showed her the card.. Can you believe after all this they never processed the payment..her response I had to do it all over again...plus pay $10 to get a copy of my exam...wow.... Nope.... I went to Walmart paid full price

I scheduled y yearly examine last month. It’s my first time going to My Eyelab. I was having trouble seeing at night. I scheduled the appointment online for an earliest appointment but I received a call from My Eyelab that there was an issue with the appointment because their computers were down . I called the Athens location to change the appointment and the person on the phone was unaware of the situation with the computers. I charged the appointment. I didn’t know there wasn’t a doctor on site. During the exam with the doctor on the screen went through the different lenses to see what was best for me. I complained to the doctor that whatever she showed me for my right eye was blurry. She never commented on or acknowledged my complaint. After the examine the employee there told me what the special was 2 pair glasses with the examine but my glasses would be more because of my prescription. They didn’t have my prescription in the trial contacts but gave me something close and ordered contacts for me. I picked out a pair of sunglasses and frames for the prescription glasses. The bill was over $900.00. I have never paid that amount of money for glasses and I explained that to the employee. So I wear he trial pair until my contacts come in. Another set of trial pair of contacts were ordered and I was told not to open the other boxes of contacts until I was satisfied with the trial pair. I take the contacts ack I wasn’t happy because my right eye was still blurry. I was re-examined by another doctor on the screen and I complained to her that my sight was still blurry with the corrective lenses. Once again this doctor didn’t comment on or acknowledge my complaint. So another set of contacts were ordered and I waited for the glasses to arrive. The glasses arrive, the right eye lens looks like a coke bottle and gave me headache when I put them on. So the employees suggested I take them home see if my eyes could adjust to them. My eyes didn’t adjust and I took them back. I spoke with one the employees while waiting for the manager to help me. I told her about the problems I was having seeing with the new contact lenses and glasses. The manager felt I needed a different frame for prescription glasses. The three of us searched for the pair she thought would work, we found a pair and ordered new glasses. I still wasn’t satisfied with the service because I felt something was wrong. I scheduled an appointment for a second opinion. I need surgery. I want a refund. The company replies are generic with a bogus email address.

Great customer service, very poor pab quality. From July to November, I kept giving them an opportunity to get it right. When I finally asked for a refund and I did not have the same card, I found out it takes 30 business days to get a check. That is 6 weeks of them holding my money. Very poor business practice.

1 star: Bad Your review This company whose real name is Stanton eyewear is a schlock joke company. The eyewear they sell is chinese crap the lenses they make are made of dirt cheap materials. Stanton/my eyelab took my money on a 2 for 1 deal.The indoor clear pair got wet with rainwater and the film spotted up never to come out. The sunglasses they took my money for broke I had their warranty but the lame clerks they hire for $10hr replaced my glasses with the wrong frames and tint and the fool they had working there had the nerve to ask me if I would accept them! Do yourself a favor go to a real optician pay a little more and get quality eye car..

I wish I had read these review before I went this is not the place to go from service to product Will never make this mistake again . I got them today . And went else where and order new ones again . I will make sure I tell every one I see

I will never go back to My Eyelab ever. How impersonal is an eye exam over closed-circuit tv? Horrible service in the store ordered glasses over 3 weeks ago. One pair came in. The other is yet to. Today I have called the store twice and due to poor service, I still do not have an answer as to if they are there or not. And the automative system does not recognize my phone number ever, so I have to call the store and be transferred to different lines in the same building only to be told they still are not in yet. Update just finished online chatting with a store rep who nows tells me it will be next Tuesday (11/19) before the other pair is ready. I place my original order 10/25 Amazing! Oh did I mention the two pairs cost me 427.00?
