They guaranteed delivery of both pair of glasses by a certain date only received one pair even after waiting another week went to see about refund as per agreement only received 15.00 dollars and they never reimbursed my insurance company

I went to the Cutler Ridge store for contact lenses because I am sick of wearing glasses. I was provided an exam with a man on a video screen and provided with sample contacts. At first they seemed okay and the salesperson pressured me into buying a 6 month supply to get a 20% discount that day only. When I tried driving I couldnt see anything at night and sometimes I couldnt see up close either. I immediately called the My Eyelab store and they said I needed to come back to see the doctor that week, only on Thursday. I took a day off from work and the lady doctor provided another prescription that I saw everything blurry when reading. She then provided a 3rd script and told me to use it.for a week. That night I tried driving with them on and saw blurry. Almost had an accident. When I called the store, the manager said he could only refund $17 but not the $89 eye exam fee. I never received an accurate contact lens prescription, paid $89 for nothing, took time off from work and now I have to go somewhere else. I wrote Straton, the owners, a letter and they are giving me the run around. They keep apologizing but do not give me a refund.

Not an eye doctor in house, but a doctor using remote equipment to check your eyesight. Frames and lenses very expensive, unless you choose one of the maybe 10 frames that are on sale. Eye exam supposed to be free, but because I couldn't afford a single pair of glasses they had, I was charged for an eye exam from a virtual doctor. Won't go back. Commercials are very misleading on price and quality.

Es una gran pena que para poder escribir mi disconformidad tenga que darle una estrella, porque en realidad ni tan siquiera una se merecen. Solo quiero hacerle saber a la poblacion que esta compania es una estafa, se burlan de las persona que alli van, ya sea por sus supuestas promociones que nunca jamas son verdaderas, como la calidad del examen que realizan pq para nada es cierto que es un examen. Todos te enganan y te estafan de una u otra manera. Te cominicas con la atencion al publico, que fatalidad, lo siento mucho, palabras magicas que para nada solucionan la inconformidad y el mal servicio que tienen. Dicen te llamo en dos tres dias para buscar una solucion a su problema, llamada que nunca realizan. Por favor publico no se dejen engana, no asistan a estas tiendas son enganosas y una vez que entran te hacen pagar $45.00 por un servicio fatal, y despues te dicen, no hay reembolso. Te piden una segunda oportunidad para ayudarte, esa es la misma o peor. Ahh perdon mi nombre es Milagros Sanchez por si les interesa.

I bought glasses at eye lab . Not a real doctor in house. It was a TV person on the other side . This was on January 3 2020 . I was told they made a mistake after 2 weeks of waiting. . Had to redo them another 2 weeks. Then I get them I can't see out of them again. Another 2 weeks 😡. It is now February 27 and still not received them . I don't recommend this place to anyone. The sales people are fine . It's behind the scenes that have no clue what they are doing. And their sales no sale price. Cost me almost 700. Dollars not 2 for 59.00. move to someone else. Awful.

I had a terrible experience in Cutler Bay Eyelab, unprofessional eye exam, they lost my frames, in fact a disaster.

Not good not up front, exam $45.00 they said prescription and glasses would cost at first close to $1,000 because of the condition of my eyes. Then they knocked down the price to $300.00 it was no where near what they said. They had a person on the other end of the video monitor. So I paid the 40.00 I thought it was going to be one big price but you pay more alot more. I should have asked up front myself but still. I went to America's best they done free eye exam fitted glasses according to my vision and only charged 69.95

Purchased a pair of Nike eyeglasses and in less then a year both silicone nose pads came loose and fell out. I went to the Snellville Georgia location hoping to get this minor issue resolved. They held my glasses for over a month with nothing being done to remedy this simple issue. They were given back to me and was told Nike refuses to supply them with any for replacement. Went on EBay and purchased them for $2.97 for a set. Don’t go there they suck!
