Evelyn was very helpful and helped me save money, and suggested I check if my insurance would pay part. They did. So good eye test, and referral for floaters and seeing double, as well as 2 pair of glasses. I always get good and friendly service at My Eye Lab at River City Marketplace in Jacksonville.

I had the pleasure of Jessica helping me through the process of getting my frames picked out on 12/9/2022. The staff was very friendly I was able to schedule and been seen the same day. I was able to get to My Eyelab in Pearland TX one Broadway across from HEB and Dillard's. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Matty was the shinning star on this trip. MATTY know glasses and was so nice thoughtful and extremely helpful. Thank you so very much Matty for fixing my sun glasses while I waited. You are the best!!!!

These guys haven’t stopped! Not getting anything for my reviews other than the satisfaction of knowing I walk out of My Eye Lab with a new pair of prescription glasses that I love and at a good price. Lisa and Izzy made it hard to turn down another offer for a new look! If you haven’t been satisfied with this location then you haven’t been asking for what you want. Next time ask for the Ramona discount (I made that up but it can’t fail) and don’t give up until you get the glasses you need or want at a fair price.
