I ordered contacts 7 weeks ago and haven't received them

I went to your eye lab I was treated good I was told $59 for everything it went up to $99 for some reason but the glasses not a big problem the big problem was when you say I laugh I was expecting my glasses to be made the same day if I knew I wouldn't get my glasses for two weeks I would have went to Walmart and got them in 3 days when I got called and they want to know why the review was by ask me how everything went I told him the same thing there's kind of a didn't say much and said thank you

Lack of professionalism. Glasses were late and there were several other customers with the same issues. And doing the eye exam via satalite was not very enjoyable, there seemed to be a disconnected feeling. Won’t go back

While Eye Lab at their Cooper St., Arlington location, provides a variety of eye frames at competitive prices, customer service and clear, timely communication need to be greatly improved. I'm still waiting for my single vision lenses to arrive after five weeks. Whenever I called to check on the status of my order, invariably I would be misinformed that my order was being "expedited" from their supply lab, and be given an estimated date of arrival the week I called. Alas, several ETA's have come and gone and I'm still waiting...five weeks later. Suggest they install a package delivery tracking system and keep the customer updated with reasons for delays.

My eye lab uses a teledoc who gave me a suspicious prescription. I ask to take it elsewhere and was told the doctor didn't sign off on the prescription and I would have to come back and see a different doctor. This was a waste of my time, I got a refund and went to a competitor and found a real live who gave me a prescription very different from the one they gave me at eyelab. After the competitor looked at my glasses I got previously from my eyelab they told me it was no surprise I could not see because of the low quality lens. I was told when I purchased these they were top of the line. Was also supposed to have transition lenses but the competitor told me they were just a tint on my lens. But not transition. I paid for transition. My new glasses I got from the competitor are perfect and I got everything I paid for.
