Well I went to eyelab in March 2020eexeived my glasses around the end of March well I wore them immediately so my eyes can get use to them, how bout the not right I have to tilt my head back which is making my neck hurt and when I try to look straight without tilting my head back I can't see l call to get them to change them but I had to see a doctor but we were shuttle in so doctor coming in now I call to come in now still no doctor still waiting to see a doctor or even a call back from them nothing yet still waiting

I had an eye exam about 3 weeks ago, doctor ended the exam because a red light came on before he could finish my exam for Near sighted vision, told clerk to give me my prescription and I reviewed it and told both clerks what happen and how I did not think it was right. One clerk told me to give my eyes time to adjust I also inform them that I had a stigmatism in my left eye and now he’s saying that it’s in my right right. Which they claim it move from left to right. According to the other doctor I saw , it’s still in my left eye an has not changed. As I called back to inform them something was wrong they told me that I had to wait 24-72 hours before they could help me, it’s been 3 weeks now. No return call. No apology, no offer to refund my money, which I had to go pay $114.00 for another eye exam with another doctor. Called back today 6/8/20 and again they have to speak to another manager which was told to me the first several times I called. Per customer service Now I have to complete a report , but no one can explain what report and why this was not told to me in the beginning.i offered my correct prescription from another doctor to show the correct prescription, but no one is willing to work with me or refund my $89.00 back. One manager today said she will call me back tomorrow afternoon. Same story different day. I have never felt so disappointed in service and no one wants to fix the problem, only able to repeat what their policy is no grey area to help your paying customers.

Today I went MY EYE LAB on 249 and Cypresswood it was the worst customer service I have ever had, It was my first time in this place I went in and was recieved by a young female lady she took my information and just passed it on to another young man like she just did not want to help us, so he came over to ask us some questions and took my insurance card to confirm our insurance he was calling my insurance than another customer walked in so he just hung the phone up and walked off to get the manager, when he came back it looked like a friend of his walked in and he was hugging and laughing with his friend and just forgot we were in the store which just really pissed me off so I just grabbed my insurance card from in front of the manager and walked out. This place has very bad customer service If you need customer service with glasses DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

My wife had prescription and glasses done at Eyelab @ SE Military Drive and Base City San Antonio TX. Evidently the glass maker or the prescription was wrong 2 times. The last time they remade glasses my wife on Friday told them its not right they said take home and see if it gets better. Tuesday today she goes back and says there not right distance images like 15 feet away look small. She tells my wife take your glasses and go. She refused and we left without merchandise. No resolution and no refund out $351.50. VERY VERY poor customer service reflects badly on entire EYE LAB corporation.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had I been wearing glasses for 47 years and dealing with these people have been a nightmare taken 3 months to get one pair of glasses and probably another 3 to get the other pair.sorry customer service no wonder they have a C- rating with BBB do not visit this place

So I went to my Eyelab in Buford I think on May 5th, and they had the buy 1 get one free and it was as low as 59.99. Somehow my total ended up at 340ish, just called Bc I had a 65 dollar charge on my account and my balance is now 1600. Literally called them and I’m still on hold as I’m typing this. For customer service and the store. I would not recommend this place. I’m gonna try and get my refund Bc this not finna work🤨

Ordered a pair of glasses November 2019 my glasses have a horrible smell they smell like plastic eyelab will not replace them they want me to pay a co-payment when there's a defect in the materials I cannot get any kind of service to help me out with this issue worst place to go get some glasses worst customer service

I recently got my glasses made from them. Note that this was the first time in my life that I was using eyeglasses. I went in for the eye check up which was pretty good and I was told that I needed glasses so I ordered my first pair. I picked it up later and found that my eyes weren't able to adjust to the glasses. I complained to the Eyelab but they brushed it aside saying that the eyes will take time to adjust. It's been 4 months now and I'm still not seeing clearly with the glasses. Would not recommend eye lab as they do not care about customer satisfaction at all.
