BUYER BEWARE !!! The 1 Get 1 Free+Free Eye Exam IS A RIP OFF...you can only select cheap and horrible frames and that obligates you to buy other frames at regular prices; after exam, you sit down with a time share closer (he acted like one) and "recommends/push" crazy things for your lens that your glasses end up in $250 usd plus !!! saw 3 people walking out plus myself after hearing those crazy prices...IF IT LOOKS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE...

the virtual eye exam is a joke. i told the refraction tech the whole exam was out of focus. i went back the next day and it was even worse i told them i wanted to see a real opthmalogist and they said they would refer me to the office in rockwall, texas because the eye exam was out of focus. never got the referral. my eye glasses took 6 weeks to one pair and the prescription was wrong. they flipped the bifocals to opposite. now two months later another pair came in but they are so blurry i can't see 8 inches in front of me. the girl told me it would take 2 weeks to give it a try. no they are going back in the morning and i am wearing old glasses and seeing a real eye doctor in two days. i am disputing the entire $99 on my credit card.

Never again will I deal with them. After waiting 2 weeks for my order, I checked the status by calling in and was told the glasses was on back order. I was initially told 10 days to get the order. After 10 days, I was told “10 business days”. So I was upsold with the 10 days to get me to buy. After 14 days, now on back order. I purchased my own glasses to have them put on my prescription glasses and another 2 weeks and nothing!

I wish I could -5 stars...when I went in (5-25-20) the exam went great the associates were even nice. I went to get contacts and glasses so I was able to leave with trial pair of contacts while waiting for the rest. She did advise it would take about 2 weeks due to COVID which I understood...a few days later I randomly checked the status to get a ETA and it said 6/9 which was totally fine then after that the ETA went away and NEVER appeared again like not even now! Here we are a full month later and my glasses have just been “shipped” when I called, the girl was hella rude like I was bothering her about MY glasses...so I called back to ask someone else how long does it take for the office to receive the package once it’s shipped, she said the next day (mind you this was Monday) now it’s Thursday and (she said) UPS hasn’t delivered to them yet -_- I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK! Period

Customer Service in store was fine. I have no issues with anyone in the store or their service. The follow up and the customer service end of their business, however, I do have an issue with. I was visiting from out-of-town and needed to get some glasses in a hurry. I went around a few places and found that nearly no one would take my insurance. When I got to Eye Lab, I just figured, I'll just pay to get some glasses. Well, long and short, found another place, not even 24hrs after finishing with Eyelab that did take my insurance. So i called eyelab immediately. Today, (6-24-2020) They still have not resolved the issue, i have been charged twice by their third party Credit company, and have not received my refund as an associate from the store told me I would get. The store has not followed through with what they said they would do, and have been very poor at returning calls and leaving me on hold for extended periods of time. I will NEVER go herer again, nor suggest that anyone go to an eyelab, solely based on their customer service.

When you sign a lease on the glasses with acima for 3 months they trap you and put it for a year and on top they charge you 3x the price with out informing you , good service store wise but buying isn’t recommended, if anything stick to another store

Awful customer experience! They glasses came and the prescription is wrong and no one will call me back to resolve it.

I was offered a free exam and 2 pair of glasses for $60, but when I arrived I was told that that offer was only for glasses. If you are getting an exam for contacts it is $60 and you get nothing free. I was also told that was "my deductible" but they did not even file with my insurance which as a $10 copay for exam and $25 copay for glasses. After the visit I checked their website and they are "out of network" with VSP, but when asked they say "we take it" instead of being honest and saying they will file "out of network" which is much more expensive. I guess the answer to that is make sure you know your benefits before going so they do not lie to you and take more money than they should. I also understand COVID issues right now, but they did not mention that the doctor would be on a remote tablet from some other location.
