I visited the Pearland store on 518 in April I bought a pair of glasses I was happy with my purchase after a week or so my glasses was loose I went back had them tighten, within 2 more weeks had to return again and again, I was told the arm was broken ...another was ordered ..after so many return trips I went to another eye lab on fuqua and that store put the lens in new frame ..I couldn't see out glasses so I returned to the Pearland store only to find out they put the lens in backwards , 2 weeks later arms fell off again this time I picked a new frame because I was tired of going in having frames adjusted..I was called and emailed that my glasses was back ..to my surprise they had the very same frame I was replacing, I would I pay for a complete new pair of glasses with the same faulty frame..the manager wasn't in today so I have to go back to the Pearland store on Thursday....This will be my last purchase from Eye lab I'm now wearing old glasses from 3 years ago , My eyes will be confused whenever I get my glasses back

Worst experience ever was told free eye exam with purchase of eyeglass and price includes frames and lenses however after sending 3 hours waiting was told to pay almost $400 for a frame that cost $130 $230 for the lense and $45 after discount for the eye exam the ad did not say discount on exam with the purchase of glasses it said free eye exam with the purchase of a glasses plus’s buy one get one free staff was not knowledgeable and accommodating would not recommend this company

Absolutely the worst ever customer service I think I've ever experienced in 47 years of living. How are they even in business. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Do your research with companies before trying to give them your business. Doing so with help avoid any frustrations.

The absoulute WORST COMPANY!!! I went In on September 8th for Contacts and glasses eye exam. Went in and it was done VIRTUALLY!! Okay fine, but they didn’t have my prescription that the Dr. prescribed me, said they had to order it and that it would be in store 09/14/20. They gave me 1 right eye contact and sent me home, REALLY, how am I suppose to see?? I’m a truck driver!! So the 14th comes around and no call nor email, I call them and ask what’s going on, they tell me that my contacts won’t be in until next month, REALLY!! Do yourself a favor and don’t go with this company, there not professional neither are they a CARING STAFF AS THEY PROCLAIM ON THERE SITE! I will never return back here and don’t recommend anyone to come this COMPANY! I’ve never seen an optometrist give you 1 contact and send you home knowing you can’t see! This is absolutely not acceptable.

I went to My EyeLab this was my first time with them. I thought I would get some cheaper glasses how they advertise. I couldn't find any glasses I like at a good price. I had to buy a frame that cost me $129.00 I end up paying 320.00 for my glasses. I've had for 8 months but they broke on me. I went back to them see if my glasses could be fixed. Well guess what they couldn't I told I needed to pay another $129.00 again. Don't get glasses from them. I think My Econo is better than My EyeLab. I paid the same amount for my glasses at My Econo they're frames & got extra on my lens & better made not cheap like My EyeLab. I don't recommend My EyeLab

Se Military store location** Very poor customer service. they do anything to get sale, after having issues not one attempt was made by management to resolve. this place is a complete rip off and Crystal the so called manager, doesn't seem to care how sales are done, she just wants the sales, and uses the fact of it being a franchise to brush off complaints and not resolve and not care of customer issue, complaint or concern. i went for a evening visit, left at 7:30 pm immediately called the next morning @ 10 am to have them please stop the order. They told me they don't have a cancellation/refund policy but i will talk to my manager. the same day employee Elizabeth left voicemail that management was looking into it. i was just there, the night before. i explained my reasons for needing to cancel one of them was my 7 yrs old fighting leukemia.... i even offered to pay for the eye exam just please stop the order for glasses due to it not being in my budget. From 7:30 pm to 10am next morning, i know the glasses weren't made and the order has not yet been received or opened by their lab. I feel the manager could have stopped the order, or even taken the time to call me. they just wanted the sale and made no attempt to help me. i could have gone back at a later time. they advertise two for $59 to just to get you to go in then they get you . trust me what you pay will be far from $59. employees were pleasant, but even they are saddened and embarrassed by the acts manager has chosen. BEWARE!!!!!!!!! the competitor across the street is about $400 cheaper and the customer service is amazing. And they take the time to explain everything to you, they just don't give out short answers. you don't have to take my word for it just go to the better business bureau and look for reviews. even former employees claim that they are just wanting to make a quick buck, you can see those reviews on glassdoor, ect... here i am one year later still no glasses and out of no where they want to hit me with a charge of $3.22 when i decide to finally go pick them up. after all the stress, the bad credit, paying $900 for glasses that i don't have, the treatment OMG. they opened a care credit acct for me and billed the remaining balance to them. they approved me for way more than my balance. a year later they wanna tell me i owe them $3.22

very bad services i have to make 4 trips to get to get my glasses and contacts even my glasses are not proper having problems with them i wore my contact after the exam do not think they have done good job

I had an appointment this morning at My Eye Lab, DeSoto, Texas location for an eye examination and the employee refuse to abide by the Covid-19 rules and regulations that are posted in the store. I asked the employee to cover her nose with the facemask and she refused. I asked her why, and she simply mention ‘because I do not want to’. Also, after she refuse to wipe the machine down throughly, I brought to her attention that there was a hair still on the machine while she was cleaning from the opposite side. She handed me the alcohol wile and told me to clean the machine myself.
