Needed an eye exam that I could do without waiting and they provided it. Good selection of frames with a loyalty program that will be helpful since my job damages my lenses quickly even with all the perks.

I was so scared when I snapped the wire on my glasses. I was so relieved that he fixed it in 15 minutes free of charge. It is so hard to find good customer service these days. Thank you very much.

I visited the Albermarle Road location and I was sort of leery to visit at first. Once I arrived whatever doubts I had quicky vanished. The employees were polite and super nice and professional!! They have a variety of nice of frames to choose from. Excellent service and prices!

You have the best associates that works in your establishment they help me out or my eye exam and I didn't have the money for my glasses and no place never did that for me and I love that about your establishment I give them a five-star

Malik!! What a great guy! He made my experience so much better than I expected. I walked in cold off the street, no appointment and just hoping to get a feel for the place. I ended up getting my eye exam, shopping for frames, and ordering lenses! I have to use expensive lenses because I need + lenses, far sighted and regular lenses would be like looking through coke bottle bottoms! I paid so much less than the last time I bought glasses. Being retired, I have to be mindful of large expenses like glasses. Malik went above and beyond in helping me with all aspects of my glasses! Thank you again, Malik! Opelika, Alabama
