The "2 for $69 exam and glasses" is a rip-off, This is a Corporate owned business made to profit off of people's weak eyesight. No one here is even a registered nurse, let alone a qualified physician, they are all sales person in an apron trying to sell people gimmicks and scams. Actual exam is done virtually and which turns out to be pretty incorrect and has to be redone in another location, Cause trust me you wont even bother to be back here to correct the prescription.

MY HUSBAND AND I PURCHASED EYE GLASSES FROM EYELAB LAST YEAR AROUND 9/3-10/10, 2020. I BROKE MY HANDLE ON MY GLASSES AND WENT FOR A REPLACEMENT AND WAS TOLD MY WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED. THE THING IS: THE FIRST EXAMINE WAS DONE VIRTUAL AND MY PRESCRIPTION WAS WRONG. IT TOOK NEARLY A MONTH TO GET IT CORRECTED( had to be seen by an in person optometrist ; she stated the prescription was off). Waited patiently and recommended Eyelab to my husband too; together we spent almost $800.00. Today, I was told there was nothing they could do; perhaps purchase another frame and maybe be given a discount. The lady Ashley was all smiles, when purchasing the glasses but today she acted as if....I WAS A PERSON WITH NO UNDERSTANDING!!! I had never worn glasses before and was basically deceived on their policies. I would advice anybody to go to a well known eye establishment because that exam and 2 for $69.00 promotion is a gimmick. The glasses given to choose from are from 1970, which lead you to buy other frames. I would think, if a customer gave their business in good faith; they would be honored back. I STRONGLY, DO NOT RECOMMEND EYELAB!!! PLEASE BEWARE

I want to cancel my glasses they ended up to be over $300 was not told where to pick from just tried them on the back what you don’t want no Covid cleaning no temperature it should be two for $99 I can’t get anyone to answer the phone but I did find out The real name is Floridaphysicians. I care group that’s who owns all of them never again will I go in there they give you a pamphlet to fill out about Covid and they’re was it no cleaning of glasses

MyEyelab rushed my eye appt with their virtual exam and mishaped a toric lens in my left eye and have since had multiple hospital visits and now experiencing vision loss in my left eye after learning it was their mistake in their exam. I had gone to Americas Best and they had never prescribed a toric lens. Also, the customer service was a nightmare they were rude to me and very smug and non sympathetic towards my situation. Be careful of this place it is not as organized and technically advanced as it seems.

I should read this before ! 😭 I depend on my eyes got an accident and the only thing was expecting was get a pair of lenses now is over two weeks When supposed not to be longer than 10 days 😂 and apparently they just told Me got to wait another one , my worst experience aver won’t recommend this place

I'll never ever ever use Eyelab again! I said this in February of this year (pre-COVID) when I had to wait 6 WEEKS for a pair of glasses that I was told would take 7-10 business days. But, after trying to give them a second chance last week, I will absolutely NEVER come here again! Last week, on September 18th, I went into the Snellville, GA location to get my frames repaired. They informed me that they couldn't repair them and that I would have to pay money to replace them. I informed the young lady that I should have a credit in the system from the horrific experience that I had with Eyelab in February of this year. She said she didn't see anything in her system. So, I paid $25.80 to replace my frames. She was also nice enough to grab some frames off of the wall and pop my lenses into them so that I would have something while I waited for my new frames to arrive. I appreciated that. While I was there, I also decided to buy a backup pair of glasses just so I wouldn't be stuck without glasses in the future should my glasses ever break again. So, in this separate transaction, I paid $145 for a new pair of glasses. Once again, she says there is no credit in the system from February for this new pair of glasses. After receiving a message to come pick up my glasses, I go to Eyelab and end up having another issue. The glasses that I paid $145 for are there. But, the frames that I originally went in for and paid $25.80 for are nowhere to be found. I'm then told that the transaction for the replacement frames is nowhere in the system. So, they say they're going to try to pull frames from another store or something but they're acting like they're doing me a favor. I PAID for this! I don't understand why I keep having these issues with Eyelab but it's exhausting and I consistently feel like my patronage is not valued.

I should have read these reviews prior to purchase. Frames are not designer and I was charged initially $1,498 but miraculously they discounted my purchase $977 which should have been a clue. $521 for 2 pair of average glasses. My wife got a pair of real designer frames from Costco with same lenses for $130. Don't be fooled by the buy one get one free and shady sales practices.
