I waited 45 days for my glasses. When they finally did arrive, they weren't even the same frames that I picked out. At this point I was just over it already, asked for a refund was told very rudely doctor's Services have no refund. Well there was no doctor at least not in person he was on a TV screen with a mask on look like you been watching CNN shaking his boots. Don't waste your time here don't give them your money go to a legit place like Walmart oh, they had my glasses ready in three days wow. Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen no, not just because I'm upset people were rude didn't have a clue. The gentleman that were originally waited on me told me 7 to 10 days on a single Vision lens, well 45 days later still couldn't get it right. If you're dumb enough to give them your money you get what you ask for.

THEY LIED! I scheduled an appointment, called to ensure they had an optometrist on premises, was assured they did, only to arrive and be told they have no optometrists there! Don’t bother with these bums!

Went this morning after many months of Covid-19 to just pick out glasses and it’s seem no one want to help me with picking out glasses that are in my plan I think that when you spend money you should get some type of help. When someone came to help they took their time and was showing me glasses all over the place when I asked which glasses. I will say receptionist that takes temp was very nice but to know and to made feel that my money is not need here since can’t get someone who loves their job to help out If you want Great Customer service. DONOT go there. FYI. Second time. Didn’t like first visit really but wanted to give them a second chance. NOT. I will say that that same people that normally there from back Dec 2019 was not in today!!!!!!

I went to My Eyelab on Pearland Parkway, got an eye exam and ordered glasses (brought in my own Prada frame). Two weeks later my glasses came back and I could not see ANYTHING through them. BTW...I mentioned this to the girl when I tried them on at pick up and she stated it's a new prescription (progressive) and it will take time for my eyes to adjust. Okay...a week later my eyes have not adjusted. I take them back and had to get another eye exam in which the technician stated that I had a stigmatism and THE DOCTOR did not add that to my new prescription. WHAT??? I ended up with an entirely different prescription AND a three week delay to getting my glasses. They made a mistake and on top of that I spoke with Ashley (with the stank attitude) who acted like I was the one with no understanding (good deflection). Altogether, over a month to get a new pair of glasses. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!

Thaks guys for all the review. I was thinking on going to my eyelab near to my home but after read all yours experiences I'll never be there

Ok I bought 3 pair of glasses , one pair was correct , two pair is a total mess .......$500.00 down the drain for two blured pair. Get your glasses anywhere but here......My EyeLab is horrible ......don't make it your EyeLab.

My husband got an application at my eye lab was told on phone free exam. Upon arrival found no Dr. Virtual exams. What horrible service equipment wasn't cleaned following previous use had to ask thst it be cleaned. Lense keep falling out. We have put them back several times. Also the exam was not done correctly so husband don't see well with them. Spent over $300. Glasses has no extra features fog up easily and always smuggled. This is a rip off and license should be revoked. Lying to customers with misleading information

We Deliver ??? I was assured during "covid" they would ship my glasses to my house. They just called me to pick them up. Say anything to make a sale. No customer service to speak of.
