NO STAR!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND. I DO NOT recommend this place or any location of theirs. I have had many friends get ripped off with their so-called deals. I made 4, yes 4, appointments for myself and my children. I called to make sure they accepted my insurance and the guy ONLY cared about telling all the sales they had. I have been in the medical field for 14 years; I know what insurance verification is... I asked him 4x if they take my insurance. He states that he cant verify it. I am not asking you to verify my insurance; I am asking before I make the 45 min drive, fill out the NP paperwork and wait for God knows how long if the company takes the insurance. This is information all locations should have and be able to tell their customers, esp PRIOR to their appt. Since they were so RUDE and didn't care to help me, I have canceled all appts and will NEVER refer to them; I will also let the providers I work with to not refer to any My Eye Lab. Note, I also asked to speak to his manager in which he sent me back to the automated system where I did not get to speak to anyone. Again, the rudest staff and worst customer service EVER. Go somewhere else, anywhere else! I promise you will thank me.

Went to location @ City Base in San Antonio, initial visit was top rate, friendly employees, clean store, etc... When i went to pick up my glasses and contacts everything changed. I paid a lot of money for the thinnest lenses available and received a pair of thick, heavy glasses that i can't even see out of. On top of this I'm pretty sure they gave me the display frames because lettering is rubbed off of the frame arms and there are 2 different colored screws. I was also supposed to receive 4 boxes of contacts (says 4 boxes on receipt) and only received 2 boxes. They are refusing to give me the other 2 boxes saying those were my sample pair. It does no good to call because they just put you on hold indefinately. This place is a complete scam. Buyer Beware...

I took my eye exam November 16th it's December 8th and I still have not received them I just keep getting excuses day after day they keep trying to blame UPS I'm receiving all my other packages through UPS worst service ever

2 people working, no info on glasses that were ordered and paid for last year in their computer. My sister p has contacted this place multiple times since last March, June July and August about both pair of glasses falling apart, nothing resolved. What's going on here?

Worst experience at my eye lab Plano Texas.I went for regular eye examination and provided insurance information. Since starting I have been asking how much I need to pay eye exam as it should be covered under my insurance . they were not providing any information .After exam done they were saying I need to pay $95 as we don’t support your insurance or you need to purchase glass with us only then only it is going to cover eye examination. It is kind of forcing to buy glasses which was really shocked. I have been asking since starting about how much I need to pay for eye examination cover with co-pay of $10. after that they took 1 hrs to figure out insurance doesn’t cover. They should check all this information before taking exam.On top of it customer services are saying it upto store manger we don’t have control on it then why these people keep customer services. Customer services are for customer. Very very frustrating service.

The sign in the window says 2 pair $59, the two I chose were $150. When it came time to pay, they told me I ow $450.

I ordered two pair glasses. One for reading and one for prescription sunglasses. The order took two weeks. I went in to pick them up and the sunglasses had the reading glass prescription, and the clear lens the sun glass prescription. They sent them back and got that fixed, at no additional cost. The first day with the new sunglasses and the screw came out and the lens fell out. Taking them back today for repair. Pretty annoying experience overall.
