I just wanna start by saying another horrible experience I tried them a few years ago and had a very negative First time customer I decided to give them a second try since they open the new location just a few blocks away from work so here I am writing this review again very negative experience I have been lied to on my delivery date for my glasses so I tried calling the store to get home it’s impossible to get customer service at a different location Palm Beach so when you speak with them they tell you you must call the store location will you make the purchase to cancel and refund any purchases OK so I looked them up find a location their phone number and I called well GuessWhat well that redirects you back to customer service in Palm Beach and here we go all over again the same story just must contact the store I explain to them that I have been trying to all morning long and I keep getting customer service in Palm Beach not the store in Hollywood Florida so now I must go in person and deal with this problem in person take away from my time again after losing two weeks and no glasses no they have my frames and they say they cannot send them back it will take several days my glasses or about to be ready and they were shipped back 3 to 4 days I told them that’s not what I’m asking you for I would like a refund and my frames returned to me I don’t want nothing from them Just wants my frames and my money and let me go elsewhere I promise I will never ever step foot and one of these locations ever again to consumers beware this is not my first this is my second negative experience

Exam was done virtually, which was not good. She did not want to listen to me; just wanted to get through the exam. I was not given the $59.99 deal; wound up paying over $200. Worst eye exam ever. I am going to have to have my eyes re-examed somewhere else.

Booked an appointment for 9:20. When I went into store the old fashioned gold frame old school was all the discounted 2 pair they had. I would only recommend if you're a great grandpa.

If I could give a ZERO I would... FALSE ADVERTISING. I went to them because I saw the false advertisement in the window of a free eye exam with 2pairs of glasses for $69. My total came up to almost $500. A complete waste of my time.

My daughter made the mistake of using this company’s online services to order contacts. They sent her the wrong prescription and because she doesn’t wear her contacts very often she didn’t realize it until after she tried the first pair about a month after receiving them. Since this particular set of contacts didn’t arrive for three months after the order was placed, her prescription had already expired. Once realizing that she had received the wrong prescription she contacted them but they were unwilling to replace the contacts with her correct prescription or send her a refund. My daughter is a recent college graduate, just getting on her feet so the fact that she’s out $500 from this scamming company infuriates me!

Overpriced and extremely cheap quality. High staff turn around. My husbands order along with mine were also messed up. The replacement manager at the fire wheel location was rude and wants to put blame on the customer when they make a mistake She was not helpful at all and refused to help make it right. I pay the same at lens crafters and never ever needed my screws tightened just from wearing them for 2 days. The glasses from my eye lab were all 3 defective in different ways. Non scratch lenses do easily scratch, frames are trash, and worst of all the customer service is ridiculous. My husbands 2nd pair were deformed and sent back to be fix and came back the same way. Both of our prescriptions were not correct and mine had blue dots under any lights. We will never go back or recommend them. I absolutely dislike my glasses (all 3 pairs) and this business. Live and learn I guess!

I went to eye lab to have my eyes checked. I only did it because my prescription had run out for my contacts. I showed them what my RX had been, and it was fine. After checking my eyes they said they would order contacts. Those were right. I paid 3 times what I usually do so took the Rx they gave me to another place to order my contacts(Sams) . Sams club told me that was a Rx for glasses and they had to have a written, signed Rx from eye lab. So I went back to eye lab to get the Rx. To make a long story shorter, they gave me the wrong Rx, so I ended up with 3 months worth of contacts that I couldn’t see out of just before leaving for a week out of town. Had to wear my disposable contacts every day for a week. The. I went back to eye lab to straighten this mess out, and the lady that writes the Rx is off , so now I have to go in tomorrow, and hopefully get the right Rx. Please do yourself a favor and DON’T GO TO EYE LAB!

BAD SERVICE AT THE LOCATION AND CORPORATE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I HAD TO GET TWO EXAM THE DOC BEDSIDE MANNERS SUCK THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE RUDE AND TO BUSY TO MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOMED. I WAITED FOREVER FOR MY GLASSES TO COME THEY WAS CROOKED AND A STONE FELL OFF SEND THEM BACK THEY NEVER CAME. I BEEN ON HOLD 3 DIFFERENT TIMES FOR OVER 30 MINUTES. SO I SUGGEST YOU GO TO WALMART THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU JUST YOUR MONEY AND THE SALES ARE LIES THEY SAY ONE THING TO GET YOU IN AND ONCE YOU ARE THERE YOU ARE IN FOR A RIDE. DO NOT GO THERE TO MUCH TROUBLE
