Its been 1 month and 1/2 and still haven't gotten a phone call, an email, any postcard, a letter stating when I will receive my daughter's glasses!!! I was told no later than 7/10 business days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I call the number to the place and nobody answers. Been there twice and nobody seems to know when they will come in???? Terrible, terrible service. I am going there tomorrow and ask for my money back. I could have gotten glasses online myself faster.

Don’t for one second think this a place to receive quality medical care. It’s a glasses store, and the employees are retail clerks with no actual knowledge of vision health and care. I was told when I scheduled I would see an eye doctor - that was a lie. They only do refraction and even make you sign an acknowledgment that refraction does not constitute an eye exam. The clerk then tried to upsell me on glasses saying the cheap ones I was buying (part of their main buy 2 get a free exam special they won’t shut up about!) would not correct for astigmatism and if I didn’t upgrade my astigmatism would get worse. I later went to a real eye doctor to see if I was a good candidate for lasik and they said my glasses were in fact correcting for astigmatism. So I was being manipulated with false info for a sale. Not okay in the healthcare field. Not only that but everyone that worked there had an attitude - interesting tactic when you’re in sales. I hope no one else goes there expecting healthcare.

I bought two pairs of glasses with supposedly progressive lens and they are not! I can see my computer but I cannot see my TV clearly, which is less than six feet away. Both pairs. I mentioned this to the receptionist and she said wear them for a while and maybe I could see the doctor who only comes in on Wednesdays. The specials don't exist and I feel ripped off.

I took 3 pair of glasses in (2 were originally bought here, but I wanted transition lenses put in). Its been 3 weeks now and I still haven't rec'd them. I called the store and lady said she would call the lab and then call me back. She never called back. I called the store the next day and was on hold for 20min so hung up. Such bad service and I'll never go back to this place. Maybe its just this certain store, but I'm not going to take anymore chances and not go to any of the my eye labs!

A fraud from start to finish. First of all, the $99 offer, for two pairs of progressive lens glasses, is priced at $95 (for the incompetent eye exam) and $4 for two pairs of progressive lens glasses. If you wind up demanding a refund (and you will), they will claim that you are only entitled to a refund of $4, since their (incompetent) eye exam is claimed, by them, to be a "service" for which they will not offer a refund, even though the service is not even close to being right. I gave them 1 star because it isn't possible here to choose a lower rating. Stay away from this place. Go to a competent O.D. for a real exam.

My eye exam was real bad and there frame are cheap they break easy and I paid just about 500 I will not be use this company again it was the worse experience ever

I am only giving a one star because I have to select one! All I can say is RUN FAR AWAY. Their “2 for 59.95 and free eye exam” is a SCAM! I was told “well you have to read the fine print... it’s really 59.99 EACH...PLUS extra fees (lens/supposed polycarbonate need which I declined, etc!) Then told me they don’t “bill” the insurance company, they just give discounts if you don’t do the 59.99 scam..(they waited until after the eye exam to tell me so we would have had to pay for the eye exam if we decided not to continue) I paid $200 with discounts for 3 pair basics when I could have went to America’s best and got a TRUE free eye exam and 2 pair for 69.99! (So 6 pair for about the same) I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE!!! Total RIP OFF! Not to mention the guy kept trying to make me feel good about getting ripped off smh!

Worse experience - got an exam in December and received glasses in January - the prescription was off. The attendant wanted me to take the glasses home for 10 days explained that this is the second time this happens. They took them and said I would get them by the 18th of January - today is the 21st and they tell me they are delayed estimate arrival 1/30/21. Worse Plano office ever!
