The experience was awful. I was not informed that it was a TV appointment where the Dr. did not explain anything during exam and it took not more than 5 minutes. The advertisement says that it is 2 frames, prescription and exam for $59. At the check out I was informed I needed progressive lenses and they told me they were included on the package. To make story short after spending all Saturday afternoon and selecting basic everything except for the progressive lenses the lady tells me that the total was going to be $1000 but whit a “Discount” she applied it was only $400 and something dollars for the 2 pairs, exam and Rx. A total rip-off!!!!! False advertising!!!! Horrible place!!!!

Horrible staff. Sold me 1year supply for 1 eye . And a 6 months supply for another eye . And when returned to ask why. Manager was unsure why.. And manager was not willing to help. It's obvious that staff that helped me and my daughter that day wanted to make he's sales quota . Manager crusty cristy... SHAME ON YOU !!. Stoled my money and made me pay for something I didn't want or needed. If you want to get lied to and then not get it corrected .. Eye lab is that place To go.!!.. First and last experience with me and my family . And I will definitely make sure anyone around me get my opinion Location .. The Miami lakes on 167th Street and 67th Avenue. Stay aware .

Cheapest junk glasses I ever had the displeasure of wearing. Didnt much love the over the TV appointment either.

Just went to get an eye exam , the experience I did not like , the DR was very impatient . The Dr was on a monitor/camera she was not nice or personal at all . I have issues with my eye wandering she never mentioned that , never gave suggestions . Was going through the slides so fast , did not explain anything , didn't talk to me about the exam afterwards , never mentioned if was worst or same . I just overall never expierence this type of exam before , this was my 1st time here. The interaction was horrible , the sound system was muffled as well so was hard to hear .

If you take the glasses into MyEyelab on SE Military—-Crystal will throw them outside at you and then call the police and file a false report saying that you abandoned the property to try to force you to still pay for them. Walking in and returning the unused and unworn glasses to the manager IS NOT “ABANDONING PROPERTY”. Who hires this kind of person as a manager?

Less than 1 star...I purchased my glasses 12/17 I picked up my glasses around the 14th. I told the manager I couldn't see thru the glasses. She said wear for a week your eyes will adjust. Well not. I took them back on the 20th. An sure enough they had wrong prescription in glasses. They said they would over nite them an they should be ready in a week. Well Jan 30th they were not. I asked for a refund. I went thru hell trying to get one. The manager was so unprofessional an rude and had a smart mouth. She tried to give me a portion of my money. I said I didn't have glasses and u all have my money an I want it back. She said imma give u your refund printed a receipt an folded it gave it to me an ran to back. When I opened it it was not my whole refund and she would not come out of back. The other clerks were good but that manager was so bad a customer in store said she ran an you couldn't talk to her. When I left he left rite behind me. He said u couldn't tell her nothing. I said I dont want to deal with eyelab ever again if she's there

The absolute worst corporate customer service. As far as the service in the store, even worse. the most unorganized, unprofessional experience I have ever had to deal with. No follow through the owner of the Pompano Beach Fl store put no effort in finding out from corporate where my order was and why it was delayed so log, when I checked the website it just said delayed and no longer had an estimated delivery date. I finally got a call saying my glasses will be delivered on Saturday ...well guess what no glasses. Icould go on. All I'm saying is DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

It was before the onset of Covid-19. This place (My EyeLab) is not worth even one star. Some kind of 'eye exam' was done by a remote person in some east European country which itself was a red flag! The resulting eyeglasses were very poor - just ill fitting and caused strain and headache. On top of that the lens material (plastic) attracted all kind of goo (oil and dust) which you really had to work hard (I mean really time-consuming) to remove to see through the lenses. I made many trips to the 'store' but got the same talk/response by the salesmen, and thus they let me run out of the warranty period. I would strongly recommend against going to any of these fast-food type chains! for taking care of your precious eye-sight issues.
