Paid over $500.00 for a pair of glasses with the “premium” package. Lens had scratch resistant coating, Uv coating. And transitions lens. Less then a year later glasses had several scratches on them. Went back to the same store I had gotten them From 1943 Pleasant Hill Road in Duluth and the guy tells me that it would cost me $120.00 to take advantage of the “warranty”.. I pointed out to him that that was basically another pair of glasses.. Just another Scumbag company looking to make as much money as fast as possible.. What is the point of paying for lens resistant coating and the glasses end up getting scratched anyway. And then they want to charge you for 20% of the cost of the lens as well as 20% of the charge for the uv coating and 20% of the cost of the transitions lens?????? Bit they don’t explain all of this when you first buy the glasses..... Just another Scumbag business.. Also, even though I paid over $500.00 for glasses from this rip joint, when I went to pick up the glasses I was given a case but was told that they didn’t have any cleaning clothes; so I ended up having to buy cleaning cloths from Walmart... How are you selling glasses but do not have any cleaning cloths for the glasses????? That one thing right there tells you everything you need to know about this bootleg rip off joint...

They dont know how to help ppl see. 3 1/2 month i had 2 exams kept glasses longer on trying to see out of per their words then finally i gv up . I want to see now. I have a lazy eye and thy knew that but still alined glasses as other one. So now iam hving shots in my lazy eye because.of blood vessell swell from stranning. I jist want my money back they had have my 2 pr glasses and i promosed to get my money back. Still nothing. If i jave to take them court I will.

Went to an appt; I have three insurance plans and according to the representative none of them were acceptable. This was not explained to me prior to have the tele- eye exam completed. No one tells you that you will not see a doctor but have some telemedicine exam. My prescription was wrong and I knew this because I had a previous exam in March 2020. This place is a fraud and should not be allowed to continue with this fraudulent business practice. I will be reaching out to the BBB to have my money refunded.

Just another pop up store where customer service is limited or non existent. I went in for an eye exam and new glasses in January. Assumed that with no actual Dr. (some tele visit thing) that the glasses would atleast be delivered quickly - so the "two pairs for $59" is a bait and switch. I order my $430 glasses (I have insurance that they "don't take" - Blue Cross) and they were supposed to arrive the next week. Well we are going on 5 weeks - and literally not even a phone call to let me know. They keep being delayed due to "Defective" - so now I know why they are so much - because they can't seem to get it right. It's a pretty terrible operation and I have asked repeatedly if they can just refund my money. Someone is always supposed to call back, but of course, never does. It's a joke of a business and I neither recommend it not will ever patronize them again. Get a real eye exam and order online. So Much quicker!

horrible services the call center tells you one price and when you to the appointment is another . no eye doctor available everything is done with a person on a screen speedy exam and the "doctor" just done care about the prescription given . don't ever go or waist you money not time . i know that will be given a refund but i have learned my lesson .

I went to the nw63rd location in OKC. Went in for the special exam and glasses for 99.00.. I picked out frames while I was waiting for the exam. They were not in the special price frames. I knew that and was going to change. We did the rest with the 3 machines and it took 2 different workers and several times to get it done. Go to the room for the virtual exam. The Dr was in Florida and was Spanish. He went to fast I was not sure if I was doing it right. At the very end to do my reading prescription they lost connection. After 30 min of waiting they got reconnected and said they lost all my exam and it had to be done again. I did it, but was exhausted and getting frustrated. Asked the Dr to slow down on the lenses part. 1.. 2.. Or same.. I noticed he skipped some of the lenses. ... Then all of a sudden done.. We went to look at the frames I picked out they were telling me it was 250.00 and 1 girl came and made sure she got payment for exam right then. I was done. Paid for exam and left. Didn't take my prescription cause I'm not sure it would be correct. Was not a good experience at all.

Avoid the north Miami branch at all costs. They are unprofessional and they show no respect to the customers. They can only take your money and offer you nothing in return except disrespect. Unprofessional and they don’t deserve to be in business at all. Go to Walmart
