If I could leave negative stars I would. This place is a scam. The glasses I ordered are NOT the glasses I got. And paid for them to be thinned out but of course they are not. The workers are so lazy and it shows that they hate they’re job. They say they have a promotion going on but yet when it’s time to buy the 2 pairs for 59.99 your total comes out to 600 and something. Obviously I didn’t do that. But my glasses were on the verge of breaking and I need a quick pair. So I only got one. Do not use this place !

This people like to rip people off. The service is horrible. Store was dirty. Not social distance at all. Everyone were touching the frames and trying them on and then nobody clean them. The price they offer is a lie. A pair off glasses 500 dollars and not even a good brands stay away from this place

A total waste of time and money. The exam is done remotely by a incompetent technician without proper credentials. The glasses I got are useless, only work at a very specific distance, if I move a tiny bit closer or farther it gets blurry. The cheaters from Walmart work a LOT better. This company is a joke and a fraud. Don't waste your money here.

I am giving them one star because zero is not allowed. They messed up with my prescription and after I went there to let them know, they said they will remake my glasses. It took more than 3 more month. I experienced headaches and nausea because I had to use glasses with the wrong prescription. Disappointing. Not coming back there.

I read the reviews and anyway decided to go. Nice people but a tricky process. Different prices when you call vs at the store. In the end, they wanted me to sign a paper avoiding responsibility. I had a bad experience and I lost my time. The exam is with machines and someone virtual. I will repeat my exam to make sure about my eyes health

Zero Stars...Terrible terrible customer service. Worst glasses ever, and they don't even answer the phone once they know you have complaints, of course using caller id. Spend your money ELSE WHERE, NOT RECOMMENDED....HOODLUMS!!

Horribleservice while trying to get a refund on my contacts. I was told to all, contact 3 different numbers, and had the General manager hang up on me. This is after one hour off trying to get my refund

Eye lab sucks. Worst service in the world. I went to 1st location to do my eye exam for several times. They let me wait and wait due to internet connection problems. Finally, I did my eye check. But the contacts doesn’t work out. They assign me to another location where is far from home. They sent me appointments reminder so I drove there, the store closed. But they didn’t tell me and sent me appointment cancellation. So I called customer service, they said they are sorry but nothing they can do. Ok. I told customer service everything and I need in-house doctor to do recheck. They rescheduled for me. Again, I received appointments reminder in the morning. I drove that location again, they told me the in house doctor is not available. I complained and they said sorry and they can’t do anything. Because of this, I need to change me other schedules and they play with customers. Such a BS.
