I have had nothing but GREAT experiences at my Eyelab! I purchased 2 pairs of glasses a little over a year ago. 1 pair of standard wire-frames and 1 pair of polarized sunglasses, both with a strong prescription. They have been perfect. Recently I fell asleep with my glasses on and ended ruining my wire frame glasses. Luckily I purchased the protection plan because it saved me HUNDREDS of dollars for this mistake. Very friendly and hardworking staff! I will be back!

My tech was very helpful. Got me exactly what I needed and picked out a perfect pair of frames for me just by telling what my favorite color was! Great experience.

Went to pick up 2 pair of glasses from my Snellville Ga store to find out they were broth filled incorrectly. The both pair had the wrong prescription and the one was supposed to be sunglasses. My first clue should of been there would be a problem was when I had the eye examine and never told it was done by a person on a screen in Florida. Apparently I signed that I knew. When I wanted to cancel my order the sweet girl had to call a district manager, because there was no manager at the store, to be informed they couldn’t refund my money because he couldn’t give her her password. After talking to him on the phone I cancel my charge on my capital one. Never have I been dealt with poor customer service as this. As I said my first clue should of been the eye exam done in a screen.

(Arlington, TX South Cooper Street) The store is very nice. As soon as I walked in they welcomed me and started working with me instantly. Everyone that works there is very nice and very attentive. The doctor was great. They helped me find what I needed with my budget. It was a very pleasant experience.
