This place is absolute awful. I usually go to America’s best but they had no appointments. I went to eyelab last week. The wait time was very short. I did not like the virtual eye exam. I have been wearing glasses for 15 years. My left eye has always been worse. I got my prescription and both eyes were the same. Also the prescription was missing numbers. I decided that I would get glasses from eyelab. I picked out some glasses and before I went to pay, I asked if my PD (pupil distance)would be taken. The response was no. That makes no sense. How would I get glasses without a PD. I decided not to get the glasses. I tried to take my prescription to America’s best and they said it wasn’t even a valid prescription. Like I said, it was missing numbers. What a waste of time and money. And on top of the, the workers were rude when I asked if they would take my PD. I will never return!

I REALLY WISH I COULD LEAVE A -1🚫🚫🚫. I WENT IN AND WANTED A CONTACT PRESCRIPTION. THEY LEFT ME WAITING N THE LOBBY & FORGOT ME. THEN GAVE ME A EYEGLASS PRESCRIPTION THAT WAS INCORRECT?? BE WARNED YOU DO NOT SEE A ACTUAL DOCTOR IN PERSON. IT'S ALL BY ZOOM ON TV SCREEN. LOL I PD $89 AND GOT NOTHING BUT NON PROFESSIONAL FEEDBACK. NO REFUND $89 WASTED. THE MANAGER KENNETH ON I -240 WAS VERY ARGUEMENTIVE & SAID NO REFUND!! DO NOT GO THERE!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!🚫❌🚫❌A 💯💯RIP OFF. I TURNED THEM INTO BBB TO POST ANOTHER BAD REVIEW

This is the worst place ever. I took my daughter to get her eye exam and prescription contacts, after a week of having her trial pairs on, she developed some type of eye infection. When I called to speak to an optometrist, The receptionist said one will be in the following day. So I take her back and this random lady looked at her eye from 4 feet away and said “it’s allergies. Use eye drops and it’ll be fine.” 1 week later, her eye isn’t any better so we go back and demanded to see their optometrist.. she said there was only one for the entire metroplex and the next appointment is a month away. So her suggestion is to go elsewhere to see “an actual doctor” ... WHAT THE FK DO YOU MEAN AN ACTUAL DOCTOR?!? WHO EXAMINED MY DAUGHTER’S EYE?!?

My 9-year-old granddaughter broke a handle off her glasses on March 11th, and I took the broken glasses to the Cedar Hill store in Cedar Hill, TX, on March 16th. I called on March 26th and was told that the glasses would be at the store on March 28th. I went to the store on March 30th and NO glasses. Today is April 13th, and we are still waiting on her glasses! This place is AWFUL, along with their customer service! They do not follow up, and the only resolution they offer is to buy another pair and wait three more weeks! I DO NOT want another pair; we want her glasses! AWFUL!

Please for the love of God do NOT go to this horrible place! They false advertise for one and they don’t tell you until the very end that if you need anything special like “bifocals” that there’s an extra charge! My husband and I got the cheapest glasses in the entire store ($49) and we ended up have to pay $1038 😡😡😡😊 I absolutely hate that place!

Do NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! SLOWEST PLACE EVER!!!WENT 03/29/2021 AND STILL WAITING ON MY GLASSES (4/10/21)WENT TO WALMART ON ON 4/06/21 AND MY GLASSES CAME IN TODAY I WOULD LIKE A REFUND IN FULL!!!!

If I could give negative 100 that would still be too much . Been waiting a month for my glasses asked for a refund told I need to speak to the manager. This means take more time off from work since the manage is only in on certain days and we are not even gonna talk about Buy 1 Get 1 free lie.

I purchased 2 pair of glasses. The 1st pair fell apart 16 days after I got them. Ive been waiting 3wks & counting to have a screw replaced. I'm still waiting on the 2nd pair 33 days & counting. They refuse to give me a refund. They wont stand behind their guarantee.
