From the minute I walked in the door, until the minute my glasses were delivered. I had 5 star service! Obviously I am low income, 60yowf. I was looking for a deal. And OMG I got one. The frames are spectacular. I did have to upgrade to get the ones I wanted, but it was 20.00. JUST 20.00!! I got 2 pairs of glasses for 99.00. And guess what? They are progressive lenses. YUP!! Not single vision, not bifocals, PROGRESSIVE!! The staff are spectacular and courteous. Completely customer service oriented. I love the way the store optimizes technology. The DR was on a computer screen!! Can you believe that? Of course YOU can, you work there.

I was a walk-in and was assured I could have an exam, with that being said, I was seen in a timely manner. Glasses came in when promised. The whole staff was kind, professional and courteous, I’d certainly go back for all my eyewear needs!

Everything was great

The people there couldn't have been nicer, the only issue i had was pricing, i went because of an ad on tv, saying 59.00 for exam and two pairs of glasses ,i chose glasses that cost ten dollars more per glasses, they totalled 89.00 after much finagalling, couldn't you make pricing more clear?
