My Eyelab at Abrams and Northwest Highway. I have been waiting since February. The first prescription was wrong I could not see a thing. I paid for two pair and only got one. More than 300.00 was paid by me, I don't know how much my insurance was billed. I spoke with the store manager about canceling the order after more than 2 months of waiting. She apologized and said she would honor my request for a refund. Then also told me she would redo my order. The frame I was waiting for had broken and they didn't have any more she asked me to choose 2 New frames and she would get those done for free. I thought that was acceptable after all the waiting. 2 weeks later I calk to inquire about the order. They were almost complete. I asked about the refund the manager promised. I was told that I wouldn't get the refund they had no idea what I was talking about. Ok I lost all trust completely totally would never recommend them I was told I would get a call by end of day. Never happened.

Actually no star at all. I have trifocals my first pare came 2 weeks after and was out of alignment. Left was down right one was up. So they have to redo. Another 2 weeks. It took them 4 weeks to get my glasses done. Meantime I had to walk around without glasses. FOR 4 WEEKS. Terrible terrible terrible company. Go someplace else.

They overbooked appointments I waited over an hour on a weekday to be seen. The seats in the waiting area are not built for comfort, straight back steel benches, if you have back problems you will come home aching. After an hour of suffering I asked how much longer? 1 patient was still ahead of me. I told them reschedule but this must be business as usual. Monday I will cancel and go to the place on S Meridian $45 eye exams. The eye glasses at eye labs look identical to Zinni and Payne online the prices at these online stores start at $7 I never paid more than $80 for a pair for progressives online. I asked if they can reuse my frames they say yes but we charge $20 so 2 pair of glasses gonna cost me $140 plus tax.

I wrote a good review but regret it now. The first frames are cheap feeling after I wore them for a while. The office did not give my husband my second pair after he drove down to pick them up. No protocol on picking up glasses. No one has to show paperwork. So they don’t know how many pairs you have. When I went down to pick up the second pair, the lenses were not installed on the frame. When the employee was trying to put the lenses in, she noticed the frame was made wrong and now they have to be sent back. Another two weeks! Not satisfied!

I have problem with one of my Len even though my glasses is still under warranty i was told that i needed to pay an extra $230 i paid $729 out of my pocket

This place is a rip off. I took my daughter in for an exam. I first had to pay 95.00 up front and it would be deduct from the total but it really wasn't. Because my daughter had a higher than 2 prescription it was an extra charge for the service and the lenses with the cheap 20.00 frames it ended up costing over 200.00 dollars. The staff was very unprofessional and borderline rude. I had the paper from first quote and the person accurately went to ask the first person if that was the price he quoted.Prices changed from the consultation to end of the line. They do not take in account that the glasses are for a child under 16. I will never go there again and tell anyone to run the other way. Walmart has a better pricing and the glasses look less cheap for cheap glasses. I went to the store in mesquite Texas. Don't go there.

This company is not worth the outragious cost it is for 2 pair of glasses. I feel like i wasted my money on crap. My next trip will be to an actual eye doctor who gives a crap. Maybe i will get proper exams and proper glasses that dont cost a frikin fortune. I mean seriously plastic glasses with green tints to them, and dont even fit my head. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

THIS PLACE SUCKS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
