My EyelabReviews of myeyelab.com

Great customer service and very accommodating to my budget. Kinshara was very helpful.

I went to the League city location and the Assistant Manager Kinshara was so helpful. My daughter is shy and did not want to get her eye exam. Kinshara was so patient with her. She walked her through the eye exam and assisted her finding the perfect glasses that my daughter liked. I would recommend getting your eyewear at this place.

Store #040 Marissa Seidle I had a very positive experience at the store. Smooth, efficient and timely check in check-in by Marissa. Testing went smoothly. My 1st experience with the use of telemedicine in this setting. Very cool. Received great assistance with selecting frames and pricing. Thank you.

I gave my eyelab five stars because they did a great job of taking care of me they polite kind just all around very nice people especially Nathan he was great

Went to my eye lab in austell ga, he was wonderful! Got all three of us glasses and contacts at a great price.

My daughter and I visited the office at 501 Alta Mere Dr. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was my daughter’s first time getting contacts, she had a hard time learning how to put them in and take them out. The staff member helping her was very patient with her and did not get frustrated even though it took my daughter nearly 40 minutes to get the hang of it. The price they told me when I entered to door is the price I paid leaving out the door. This was awesome to me because so many times the price you were quoted is generally never the price you pay. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a welcoming, friendly and helpful atmosphere. Two thumbs up to the staff at this location.
