The My Eyelab on SE Miltary treated me much nicer than the one on Las Palmas. I am a short woman that’s 23 years old but the man at Las Palmas treated me like I was 12 years old just because I had a male friend with me he decided to only talk to my male friend like he was in charge of me even though my friend wasn’t getting glasses. He found that guy disrespectful. The SE Military location gave me a much better experience.

Great selection great prices=awesome value. There was some confusion whether my glasses were ready for pick up but there they were. Andrew and Cat were great! They fitted my glasses with the custom care of a true professional. I can’t wait to go get my second pair adjusted. Great job!

It was quick and easy and I like the glasses that I purchased. Just remember it's just the frames that are 2 for $59.95 or whatever frame amounts that you pick. Lens are additional.

Our visit and experience went well. The only thing I was disappointed about is the fact that we walked in and waited 3 minutes or so before anyone acknowledged that we entered the building.

Eye exam visit was very good. Thorough exam and friendly staff. When I went yesterday to pick up one of the two pairs of glasses, not too impressed. One of the staff members gave me the one pair that was ready and asked me to try them and see if I could see with them. I asked if I could sit somewhere to try and fit them and see how they looked, and was pointed to a chair. The place was busy so that might have made the difference. Otherwise still my first visit experience overrides yesterday's.
