The worst in eye care. This is the lowest end eye care you could possibly find. The products are VERY poor quality and their metal frames will turn your face green. The screws and setting will corrode and your glasses won't last a year. I got 2 pair for $350, and neither pair was wearable 18 months later. The people are not well trained or knowledgeable, mostly college or high school kids looking to make a buck. They don't know what they are doing and they don't seem to care. You will NEVER, EVER be able to reach ANYONE on the phone at any time you call. I'm so sorry I wasted my time and money on this farce of a company, but please take my advice and spend a few more dollars on something worth the money. The product isn't worth $50, regardless of what you choose. You will be sorry.

The Lab sucks when they send your glasses to be mounted. The first time glasses came back completely wrong. Could not even see out of my prescription glasses. The second time they were wrong again. Each time takes two weeks. I will never use this company again. Absolutely the worst experience ever. Go elsewhere.

Jesus I wish I’d checked reviews before becoming a customer. Huge regret. Arguing with them about refunds. No doc on site. Takes weeks to get glasses and contacts. And the contacts were completely unusable. So not sur I trust the telehealth doc routine

My visit to the Denton location was pleasant I ordered glasses for my husband and myself on Aug.28, 2023, in three days my husband received his glasses his prescription was more complicated then mine. I have yet to receive my glasses I was told " the glasses are in transit, the frame you pick was out of stock, we had to reorder, your lenses came in without the frame, we had to send your lenses back out and they latest they are in transit today or tomorrow" I ask for a discount due to the frames I ordered will be the display frame due to the frames being out of stock I was told we can not do that my response was I am paying for a new frame noy used plus I am waiting longer then expected for glasses I need. Please make sure they have what you order in stock and set lower expectations for the time frame. We will never return our first and last time with My Eyelab today is 10/3/23 no glasses yet

If I could give a negative star I would. We ordered glasses back in March 2023 and It is now 9/18/23 and we were just told that they have cancelled the order. I will never, never use this company again. Alot of promises and nothing!!

My daughter purchased her Eyewear from this Company and they broke on her face. She called and spoke with Marco about the situation. He informed her that she would have to pay a 20% for the frames. Which she said okay. When she went to take them in, he informed her that they had been stretched to fit the lenses into the frame and the new frame will not accommodate the lenses. So, this is where things went South. She asked, why does she have to pay for the glasses when the fault was on them?????? They made the Glasses, knowing that the frame was to small for the lenses. Not one time did they inform her about the Situation. Marco, gave poor customer service.

If it wasn’t for the three ladies at this location I would find a way to not give any stars! Those 3 have the best customer service ever. Amazing for a system that is truly messed up!!! On June 28th 2023 I entered the Salisbury My Eyelab for the appointment I had made online. I was greeted immediately and welcomed. I showed them my broken glasses and was taken back to the apartment. I was walked through the basic eye exam by a very patient and sweet assistant who took me into the exam room when we were done. I looked up and saw a TV and doctor displayed in the screen. Once I was positioned in the chair the doctor introduced himself and started the exam. I looked into the eye exam machine and told him if one looked better than the other as he moved the lens back and forth. Never at any point did I see a clear screen. I was only guessing at the letters. I told him this every time. He said it didn’t matter at that point. Okay. The assistant came back in and moved the board down to see about reading up close. Again, nothing was ever clear, which I told him. My glasses arrived on 8/7/2023 and I went with my grandson to pick them up. I put them on and everything had a blur to it. Much clearer than what I had before and certainly than without any glasses but for $391 not clear enough! So, my 4-year-old grandson has to be the bestest boy ever while his Grannie has to have another whole eye exam to see if there is a difference in the prescription. Yes, there was! So, send the glasses that just came in back to the factory. I call on 8/16/2023 to inquire about the status of my remake glasses. Wilmer, yes I wrote his name down to get it right, told me they had just received my glasses and the date for pickup was August 28th. That meant another 2 weeks and 30 days from my original appointment. I pointed that out and also these were remakes and he said that didn’t matter. That’s when they will be back in the store. Anyone who knows me knows that sentence did not sit well with me! I asked if he was in the store, he said Yes! I said good, I am coming to get a refund and I will ask for you Personally!!!! I did go to the store. I was greeted so nicely by those same 3 ladies. They explained the whole situation about the customer service center! They looked it up on the computer and saw the same information and made a call to see if they could get things moving a little faster right then and there!!! Great customer service!!! Fast forward, LOL, August 28. I go back to the store and ask if my glasses are there. NO!! They messed up one of the lenses and they might be in on the 29th. I ask for and receive a refund. BUT a they KEEP the $59 for the eye exam!!!!! The one they had to redo because the prescription was wrong in the fist place!!!!! For that $59 I am going to post this review everywhere I can!!!!!

Had to give 1 star to make the review but zero star is the true rating. We were examined by a foreign doctor on a monitor. My husband was told he had cataracts and told him to go to eye surgeon but charged him $500 for glasses. Eye surgeon said he should have never been given a prescription until after surgery. My glasses were way off. I had to hold them up above my nose to be able to read clearly. We demanded a refund and are waiting 7 to 10 days for it. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
