I would like to remind these people that have had a tantrum about the special.If your will read the ad correctly you will know what to expect before you go in expecting 'something for nothing'.I went in to the eye lab in Bowling Green,Ky. on 12/27/19. I was greeted by some really good people that treated me like I was the only customer they had and were very comfortable and gracious. After the exam ( at first I was amused by the closed circuit tv) but they were more caring than most of the humans I had dealt with in the past. It mattered not to them how many times I asked to repeat the flips of the lens, they just seemed how concerned how I saw through the lens. If I love the second pair I ordered as much as I love the ones I picked up yesterday (check the dates folks!) and I should receive them on Tues. I'll be happier with this experience than any eye exam and glasses I have ever had in the past! Thanks to each of you and Sherri who lead me through the last part! PS: You folks are great! I'll never listen to any different! PSS: Two pair were still cheaper that the last one pair that I had and didn't get any of the extras last time!

I always have a great experience at the my eyelab on kendall and 107b avenue. I got to the store when Olivia was ready to close and she willingly took me in and not only did she listen to my concerns but she repaired my glasses in that instant. She's an expert at this business. It shows that she loves it. Let's just say that she made my christmas perfect when she took care of my glasses right away. Thank you for a great service. I truly appreciate that you took the time out of your end of day to take care of me. Many blessings and continued support for years to come.

Me and my daughter went on a Sunday nice service in and out and thank you to Ms.Judy in Plano Tx and the other young lady didn’t get her name. They said that it would take about to weeks to receive eyewear and we actually received them a day earlier!!!
