Dealing with Lisa at eye lab Lewisville was the best experience I've had shopping for glasses. Highly recommend shopping here first.

Had a great experience at my eye lab! Been coming here for 2 years now always get frames I love for great prices and the staff are awesome and so nice ! I was helped by a lady named Britney for my check up she was so nice and made my experience smooth and comfortable and a lady named Crystal that made nice conversation with me and helped me get the best deals on my set of glasses !

I got my prescription somewhere else and first had tried "eye buy direct" online and they tried 3 times and could not seem to make a pair of progressives[refunded after 3 tries] Then I went to "america's best" and they made some glasses that made me have problems reading because they were made "CHEAP" so then I tried Eye-Lab *Nailed It the First time*!! I purchased 2 pair, both perfect! although I hate your commercials, I love your service, your product, your great customer care at the store, Thank You Eye-Lab!

I walked in with my prescription for contacts and Chrysti at the Cypresswood & 249 location was very pleasant and helpful. She recommended a less expensive pair of contacts which I love and they feel comfortable. I will return for my next eye needs!!

I picked up my 2 pair of glasses today, and I'm very please with the way they constructed my prescription perfectly. I have issues with my eyes and I'm so pleased with the results. Thank you Dua Malik for assisting me, l love the end results. My glasses are fabulous. Thank you Amanda for your kind service.

I went in not knowing anything about glasses. It's my first time ever buying glasses. The supervisor, management and each person worked as a team. Nice atmosphere, music and people. So helpful, attentive and professional. Five 🌟 Thank you Emily G Dawn and Stasha for your outstanding service in the DeSoto my eye lab locate!

I went to the Eyelab on Scenic highway and Natalie was very helpful, she located the correct frames for my face. Very excellent customer service all around

The exam was simple and quick. Getting the 2 pair of glasses was fast. The people were really nice and helpful.
