It was a good experience the customer service is extremely well and helpful

I was waited on my Zacchea at the Champions My Eyelab location in Arlington, Texas. She took care of me capably during selecting the eyeglasses and pickup when they were ready. I have been to optical shops that charged four times as much and was not treated with such professionalism. My Eyelab, keep an eye on this young lady and take her under your wing. She should become a regional manager or even a corporate officer. I have never met this young woman before and may not again but she definitely represents your company superbly. Hang on to her. She is a keeper

Albert was very kind, and helpful picking what kind of glasses I wanted. Not only was he patient but he also didn’t hesitate to show me all the different kinds of glasses until I found one fit. This was probably the best eye doctor visit I have had in my life most of the time the associates don’t even bother helping you look they sit at a desk and rush you into buying something you don’t even like.I could see he really was interested in my choosing was very wise on telling me about my prescription. He deserves a raise! Carol the exam coordinator was as well very informative telling me step by step what was suppose to happen she did an excellent job, would definitely recommend this place.

This place was amazing. We had the virtual exam due to Covid 19. Our time in the office was amazing. The employee Darcie was incredible in helping my daughter pick out glasses and the prices were amazing. We will definitely be using this facility again.

I was somewhat wondering if this was the right place, for this was my first time at My Eyelab, as soon as I arrived the sales person the manager as well as my exam coordinator, made me feel like family, from the time I arrived till the time I left. Awesome customer service. Geat job!

Travis was very patient and friendly. He even assisted with style suggestions within my budget.

Kathy greeted my sister and I with a warm welcome. We did nave to wait very long thereafter to be seen. Everything went great. Will definitely return.
