I went to eylab because the cost of my glasses through my regular eye doctor had become rediculas. I was helped by Enrique Molina who was curtious and helpful he alos saved me some money. I havent got my glasses yet and will write another review when I get them but Enrique is a throwback to the old school the custommer is important motiiff. Kmccoy

I wanted to take a minute to share the great experience I had today at your 15242 Wallisville Rd, Houston Tx 77049 location. Shae attended to me and she was polite and understood what I needed snd made a few recommendations which I appreciated. Although my insurance was not accepted due to out of area services I went ahead and purchased my glasses from Shae because of her service and welcoming personality. The other two representatives were also nice. I totally enjoyed the experience and will be back for my future needs.

The woman who worked with me was kind to me. I needed my glasses tightened and to be able to afford new glasses. The exam and two glasses were affordable. She did more than typical customer service representatives do in that situation and more than other franchises near her did for me getting glasses. She tightened my other pair of glasses after the exam. Thank you. This was the Alta mere location in Fort Worth Texas with Latoya.

I went to the EyeLab on University Drive in Denton, Texas. My experience was great. I was greated the moment I walked in the door. There was no wait time for my appointment. I was assisted by Chevis and Ashley. They helped me select my frames and made the purchase process simple. I had a very great experience at the eye lab in Selma. They were very caring to my eye needs They took me in quickly and there was no wait time at all. We used My Eyelab for the first time. I felt valued and Branch Manager Crystal Young from Rockwall location was cheerful,funny great vibes from this beautiful young lady. No doubt she will be successful in all she does. I myself in Customer Service rarely make any recommendations but this place truly needs to be in the spotlight.
