1st I was impressed with the virtual equipment,however my contacts prescribed wasn't seeing well which is normal with contacts so I saw7 the dr on a different day and he gave me a total different prescription way lower than what had ,he is a genius but it was just a bit off and I went back for a final check so I can order my lenses an glasses. The office lady was extremely rude talking over me and saying I should try somewhere else and if I want to see the dr again I will have to pay. I am not satisfied but I will be going back bcse the dr is great they just need to stop this woman from destroying thier business. Funny enough on my 2 visits before I did hear her arguing with customers both times but I just it wasn't my business, she needs to be addressed.

I had an experience going to Eyelab they don’t know how to read your ice right they give you the wrong prescription and they don’t call you or text you when your prescriptions in as your contacts your glasses or your trials you got to keep calling them and the manager is very rude I happened to go talk to him about my eyes he kept giving me the go around finally I told him I wanted my refund back the total amount of 307 he got kind of mad started calling me that I was a liar and then he caught me lying and kept repeating and telling me that I was a liar he caught me lying he told me like maybe 20 times that’s not a good place to be going for your eye exam if you’re going to go somewhere make sure you waste your money at a real eye exam he’s not a good manager as I heard he is the owner of the eye lab so kind of stay away stay away don’t go back

Bought 2 pair of glasses months ago. The guy told me that the glasses has 1 year warranty. Went there today to have my glasses fix. I spoke to a lady and said there is no warranty on the glasses I have. She told me to buy or replace the frames for $77 each. Bought the 2 of the glasses for $99. Was even thinking of buying 2 new pair cause my glasses are getting blurry. I guess once you buy and get your glasses they void any warranty. Never ever going to buy glasses there for sure.

** Read the Better Business Bureau reviews ** I was told on August 8th, 2022 my glasses would be ready in 7-10 business days. It's now been 17 business days, and no one can tell me where my glasses are. No shipping information available. Absolutely no tracking number at all. Website order look up is a joke. Now I am being told it's going to be 3 more days. The plain truth is that they have no idea where my order is. I needed these glasses before driving a long trip on Labor Day weekend. I paid this place over $900.00 for just ONE pair glasses. My money is gone, and I still have no glasses. The people at the store keep telling me it will be 3 more days. Save yourself a lot of frustration and find another place for your glasses or contacts. This place just don't seem to care about anything. Better Business Bureau gives them 1.2 stars out of 5. * Update 08/30/22 * According to website, my order has been delayed another week until September 5th. That is Labor Day, so that is not going to happen. I spoke to the store, and was told that they fired everyone at this location last week. It just keeps getting better. * Update again - 08/30/22 I got a response from my Google reveiw from the owner, and called the number provided. I got the same call center in India, telling me that my glasses have been delayed. Calling this number did me ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD. Owner did nothing to "make this right with me" as they stated in their reply.

Bunch of Crooks make me wait for Over two weeks and when I went to pick my glasses they gave me those bifocals with the line in the middle which I never ordered, I wanted my glasses without that crapy line and in top of that they want to charge me double to replace it I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody never again they suck.

I bought my glasses there in December. Had to replace frames 3 times due to split frames. Cost $32 each time. The 3rd time took 3 hours to try to insert lenses into new frames. Had to go to 2nd store to complete the last lens. My vision was fine going in, couldn’t see at all coming out. 3 doctor visits later, discovered my eye lab put the lens in wrong eyes. Won’t go back or recommend them to anyone

Worst place ever! It took months for my son to get his contact lenses. We ordered it in February 2022 and we just got them. It’s August! This place was located in Douglasville, GA. It was also extremely expensive, even with my insurance.

My significant other went in for an appointment today and called beforehand to ensure that even without insurance, he could get the 2 frames and free eye exam for 95 dollars. They confirmed it with him and he left with a bill of 688 dollars and a payment plan that we have no information about. We called right after he got home and were told by Ashton, the general manager, that we could not cancel the order because it was a “medical device” and the order is already being made less than an hour after his exam? Not to mention at the bottom of his receipt, there is a disclaimer that specifically states that “the cost of eye exam services are not refundable but the price of lenses and frames WILL BE FULLY REFUNDED.” Called back again and were told 3 times that “that’s just the way corporate has it”. They are not honest with their customers, nor do they abide by their own disclaimers. They are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau and have an F rating. We’ll be returning with our lawyer to negate the charges.
