I went for my first visit at My EyeLab on August 2, 2021. I had an exam and received a new eyeglass Rx. I worked with both Ashley and Jimena. They were both so pleasant to work with. They were very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. I am so happy I chose My EyeLab. I had actually called two different eye clinics but chose My EyeLab because both of the other clinics couldn't answer my questions when I was trying to make my appointment and they weren't pleasant on the phone at all like My EyeLab was. I haven't picked up my glasses yet, they will be ready in a couple of weeks but I have no doubt that I will get the same awesome customer service that I received on my initial visit. I just left eyelab in league city. Wonderful experience! Everyone treated me like I was the only one there. They explained everything clearly and got 2 pair of glasses for the price of one. Thank you Shavon and the rest of the employees!

Sales Manager Kayla Lopez was a model of conscientious professionalism on my first visit to EyeLab. She greeted me affably, [most importantly] listened to my quandary (E.g. I am seeking round-rimmed "Lennon" glasses frames), and had intelligent solutions in meeting my needs. Kayla could lead training for area sales persons!
