I had to call support at Emma to help me import a contact list that was giving me trouble. It was totally user error and they were quick to show me what I was doing wrong. I had to speak to two people and both were some of the nicest, most patient support folks I have ever encountered. We love Emma at our company and this makes me love the product even more.
