always working on new products and features.For a small company like mine, I don't have a full time marketing team and we do things in house. Emma's newer design templates have offered us an easy way to showcase our business offerings.

For me, Emma has been wonderful since day 1. Responsive, helpful, innovative, inciteful. I could go on, but I don't need to because their work speaks for itself.

Their customer service and response to questions/requests for improvements has been great. They are good at providing how-to's and the format is intuitive. My only gripe is that it is difficult to take an old email used as a newsletter and make it into a static pdf newsletter on my website.

The Emma team was excellent during the initial purchasing process, and they've continued to be very responsive. Their support team is easily accessible via Intercom, and our reps have always done an excellent job of keeping us in the loop about any updates to the system, as well as answer more in-depth questions.

Always live customer service, offer excellent seminars to help clients improve their e-mail marketing, and the tools are excellent!
