Emma is a wonderful service to use. I was unsure about how to interpret the results from an email campaign of mine and the support agent there went the extra mile to look into and further explain what a perceived discrepancy was really all about and how to better interpret the response to my email. He took time to research my issue and got back to me later in the day with a detailed explanation that was spot on and much appreciated.

Emma support responds very fast. I contacted support by email, they respond quickly and address the issues almost immediately.

I was feeling dumb calling because I was working in the new drag and drop, I knew my issue was something very simple. When I called and of course my support person walked me right to my problem. I explained to her how I misunderstood the button she told me that she would share that with the creators because others may be reading the review button the same way. So instead of feeling dumb I hung up feeling helped and that I could be helping someone else.
