This is the easiest way to get a Dr's note for work, so you can stay home and feel better, that I have ever found. I have never had a problem with my employer accepting my note.

I have nothing bad to say from the second I started using what this company offers! I also recommended friends and family. Dr. Sartin was fantastic. I would recommend his office to anyone. Very attentive and listened to what I was going through and acted appropriately via the time off I needed. Also very good and attentive with paperwork and any post evaluation follow up care that you may need or your work may need.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I didn’t think My Doctor’s Note would be as urgent as they were, but they are truly a great team that cares about their patients and their wellbeing. I was struggling to find a primary care provider in a timely manner given my symptoms and Dr. Sartin took care of my needs throughout every follow up and appointment as well as helped me with all my medical documentation.
