Dr Aaron Sartin is very attentive and listens genuinely and is amazing overall. Saved my job twice when my doctor asked me to make another appointment to get me my FMLA paperwork forms completed but couldnt get that appointment for another couple of months. Made an appointment with him and he listened, did everything quickly, and was willing to help in every way he could. I would recommend their services to anyone in need!

Excellent care
I am so blessed that I picked My Dr's Note/Health Source Medical Associates for my FMLA application rather than trying to go through my PCP. It saved me so much time and the service was specific to my needs for a well worth it nominal fee. The care I received from Dr Aaron Sarkin was exceptional. From the first time I called and spoke to him he listened attentively and provided personalized treatment guidance through his portal. I still have to upload documents from my personal doctor but he also offers consultation if you need an appointment sooner. Dr. Sarkin updated any needed missing information on my FMLA application and the communication was efficient. My FMLA got approved and now I can concentrate on my treatment and recovery. Dr Aaron Sartin is a very compassionate and a smart doctor. From the moment the appointment starts he makes you feel at ease and listening very attentively. He is an expert on the fmla paperwork and does a thorough job on filling up paper work based on all the medical condition details/history with a very quick turnaround. Their intake process is also a very professionally done web site form which make actual appointment a breeze. Patient care is not only just prescribing medicine but the experience on how the doctor make you feel assuring they are there for the patient always. 101 % recommended.
