A life-saving service...
I reached out to Dr. Sartin when I needed a health care provider who could quickly evaluate my condition and complete my FMLA form for work. I did not know what to expect from this service; I was skeptical at first, but was pleasantly surprised when I called and actually got to speak to a doctor (Dr. Sartin) on my initial call. Dr. Sartin took the time to understand my condition, asked good questions, and is a great listener. After assessing my health issue, he quickly and accurately completed the necessary paperwork so that I could take time off work to heal. For anyone who feels that their job is on the line or that they need time off work due to anxiety, depression, or any health issue, reach out to Dr. Sartin. From the first phone call Dr. Aaron Sartin, MD was very attentive and listen my case, he guide me through this difficult process and explain everything about how FMLA works. Immediate access. No waiting rooms or lost time
24 year Teamster and Chief Steward with appreciation for this service. I had been sick and immune compromised already, and I didn't want to expose myself to possible additional illnesses by visiting a doctor's office. I was already sick. I was able to visit online from my bed with the doctors on this service. They were very empathetic, compassionate, and understanding. Excellent customer service via email. They can also assist in completion of FMLA paperwork and needs. Thanks for the superior healthcare experience.

A great service and very quick
A great service and very quick! My only complaint is I had some issues with the payment and the portal resetting- I ended up having to complete the whole process probably about 5 times before it went through. But the note was great and thorough and worked for my insurance claim so I’m happy! I’d definitely use again.
