We are truly sorry to hear that the doll did not fully meet your expectations, especially given how meaningful this gift is. While our artisans do allow for up to a 20% artistic variation due to the handmade nature of each piece, we completely understand your disappointment if certain details — such as the fur color, leg length, or tail length — differed more than you expected. We deeply appreciate you acknowledging the craftsmanship of the doll, and we’re very sorry that the final result did not reflect the exact specifications you hoped for. Your feedback is incredibly valuable and helps us improve the experience for all our customers. Thank you again for sharing your honest thoughts, and please know we truly appreciate you giving us the opportunity to create something special for you.
