The order took a little too long for what it is. The dolls are good quality, very cute and overall meet expectations but the card that came with it looked very cheap laminated printed paper, I could’ve done it myself and saved myself the extra cost of the card to be honest.

I placed the order in November after a social media ad mentioned the last date to order for Christmas. The doll was not delivered until January. The doll itself was made well and it was very cute. But I don't think the advertising was fair or accurate. It needs to be clearly explained before an order is placed, and not after.

We also clearly state in our policy that: Cut-off dates are publicly shown on our website We do not guarantee on-time arrival for orders placed after cut-off dates We are not responsible for delays caused by seasonal demand once cut-off dates have passed That said, we completely understand how disappointing it can be when an order intended as a Christmas gift arrives later than hoped.
