Tried a trial month subscription a couple of months back but canceled it. I just got charged $41.82 from this company. Have emailed for a refund. Not very professional.

If your subscription was purchased through the MyDiabetes website, you can manage and cancel it through your account settings. If it was purchased through the App Store or Google Play, it must be canceled directly through your Apple or Google account. Terrible billing… I thought I’d try it at a discounted rate for a month. After paying, never heard another thing from the company… Most of the info they offer is available free online. Then to make matters worse they took a full payment the next month without my authorisation… Despite cancelling and complaining they refuse to refund the payment , or indeed acknowledge my complaint. It’s a nightmare trying to contact them as they never answer emails. Save your money, don’t get mixed up with these people, there’s better diabetic help out there.. shocking customer service.

Easy to follow. Was just expecting an eating plan so very surprised and pleased to see an exercise plan on offer and even more surprised to see meditation guide on offer. I already meditate regularly and know the benefits so am very pleased to see meditation on offer.

some of the questions did not provide any answer that applied to me - That is I eat 1-2 meals per day - Im high protein high polyphenols - not vegetarian, not vegan and DEFINITELY don't eat everything - Other questions had the same issues.
