They have been quick to respond and very accommodating with requests. I like that I'm given the opportunity to ask the artist to refine certain features by seeing the work being done along the way. Vicky has kept me in the loop of the progress of my current order. This is my second Bobblehead order.

From the moment I placed my order on their very user-friendly website to the delivery, mycustombobbleheads has been a loyal customer. The order was tracked back to ensure everything was correct. Afterward, they provided the advice I needed, as this was my first purchase. Personal advice, personalized service via email—mycustombobblehead is all about people. I truly enjoyed the customer service, truly the highest level for an online company. I'm impressed that it's possible. It was perfect, hence this review!

I needed the complexion fixed and they foxed it and made the face the look great! It was a special gift for my dad.

Absolutely disappointed in what I received. It doesn’t fit the description at all of what was advertised. It was advertised as an action figure but I got a printed flat picture I could’ve made myself at home. Not worth it.

The custom bobble head is a brilliant gift idea and came out very identical to the pictures I have provided. The quality feels solids and not cheap. Additionally, the production time was relatively quick and arrived sooner than expected!! Great job!

Thrilled with my bobblehead, as was my husband whom I bought it for. Great customer service too!
