MycustombobbleheadsReviews of mycustombobbleheads.com

Perfect and lovely service

I ordered an item that arrived damaged. I asked for a full refund and sited the policy they have on the website that says if the item arrives damaged they will provide a full refund and cover any fees. At first they wanted to refund me 40% of my purchase because they said material and labor are expensive but in the same breath offered to send another one for free. What? just send me my refund!!! 20 emails later, they refunded me only 75% of what I paid. Very disappointing the way they do business. I would not recommend it. It's just not worth it.

I wish I had looked at reviews before I wasted $136. I communicated with them prior to placing an order to ensure customization, and even with VIP service, my attractive girlfriend was turned into a Founding Father. I threw it in the trash rather than give it to her and hurt her feelings. Very unsatisfactory customer service.

Like many of the other reviews stated...bobble head looks nothing like the picture I sent. Their refund policy is intentionally confusing, which tells you everything you need to know about a "company."

I dealt with Vivian at mycustombobbleheads.com - Vivian was courteous and helpful - In addition, and of importance, is I was owed a refund which was immediately issued with no problem. That to me is the sign of a reputable company.

Not Even Close! My bobblehead has zero resemblance to me. First proof was awful and any small changes didn't help. Then it was shipped before I had approved. Company said they would make it right, but are non-responsive after months. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered beginning of Feb for valentines offer and still no view of the product let alone a delivery. Chased and told to be patient. Don’t order from these people they are just taking your money. Scammers !!

Not happy at all. Sent a completly different one. These people are just taking money from people. No service at all
