It's because of Michael Chatterton. The credit union is great but customer service on the phone is not so good.

I have been a member since 2005. In that time, there have been many changes and updates to the website. Each change I have adapted to easily as not all apply to what I do online but all has been easy to navigate.

Competent, efficient, friendly employees who go out of their way to be helpful

Good account management. Drive up useless if you drive a truck or SUV-cannot reach buttons.

The teller I had was slow. Think she was new and lacked experience.
