I have generally had a good experience with CCU (which use to be MECU back in the day). I've only had a couple or so minor issues crop up over the many years I've had an account with them and they handled the issues well.

Got behind on payments, CCUs solution, send money now. Have paid double payments for 3 months and now I only am behind by 1 payment and that will be paid over the next 2 months. In the meantime, they closed my other accounts and cannot get online to even see my account for the car.

AS A SENIOR CITIZENS I HATE YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM‼️ I AM 74, do not own a computer or plan to get one! Your system is made for younger people and not for us! We need something that is very easy to understand and use!!! This is to complicated for us to use‼️‼️‼️

CCU was a very capable & trustworthy company to work with in financing my auto purchase. They were very competent & easy to work with. I would use them again if I need to finance another purchase..
