Commercium and specially the Shekh are very important for the continuation of my company for several years and they are doing it perfect in any way. Always helpfull, finding a solution, working hard for us at the backoffice and always with respect and motivated. For Aker Records is Commercium the best partner we can think about. A+++++

Highly Dissatisfied.
Extremely disappointing service. We were in the process of syncing our products across multiple marketplaces like Kogan and eBay for our businesses, but the experience has been frustrating. The assigned executive struggles with basic English communication, which led to multiple issues during the integration. Their email responses are often unclear and unhelpful, making the process even more difficult.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and truly regret the inconvenience caused. Your feedback is important, and we take it seriously. We understand how crucial clear communication and smooth integration are, and we apologize for falling short in this instance. We’re escalating this internally, and a senior team member will be in touch shortly to address your concerns personally and ensure everything gets back on track. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

This is just great! Amazing support…
This is just great!! ConstaCloud especially has the best user support I’ve had in years… They were always available to help me get started, advise on initial setup and then help me with small individual issues or wanted improvements for my business. Frankly, this is just an amazing top notch team. Thanks 🙏
