Responsive customer service but the app is a bit of a dud
We have several marketplaces we needed to connect with shopify. We started with ebay and it soon became apparent that there were some major limitations, including warehouse locations, complicated and labour intensive listing rule setup and listings with zero inventory getting created costing us hundreds of dollars in listing fees. The biggest issue is the lack of control the user has to filter and to manually enable or disable individual products from particular marketplaces, which have to be controlled using convluted listing rules rather than a basic on/off toggle. Basic app functionality hasn't really been thought out or built in and the UI isn't that great. 3 Months in, and we still haven't ironed all the problems with ebay, let alone integrated any other marketplaces. At this point I don't have a high level of confidence that my other marketplaces can be integrated seamlessly, and I'm starting to think it's false economy rather than sticking with more expensive but more robust apps that do the same thing.

Hi, we’re sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. There was some confusion with your warehouse and inventory setup, which has now been resolved. Your Shopify categories are configured using metafields, which is a very uncommon custom setup and not part of our standard system design. However, we want to support your use case, so we’ve prioritized this internally and the required update will be released within the next 3-4 business days. Regarding marketplaces, all advertised channels are available. The Harvey Norman integration you requested is supported, but as an enterprise first-party seller integration it requires detailed mapping and testing before going live. Our team has requested a call to help speed up the setup, so please feel free to join at your convenience and we’ll get this completed for you.
