It would be perfect if some features came built-in from the start—things we see as essential for any company, not just ours. For example, having order status updates (like when an order is canceled) automatically sync with the ERP. That said, they are already working on these improvements to meet our requests. Overall, I definitely recommend Commercium for anyone looking for multichannel integrations.
