I actually got my order, but I need to return it and cannot get anyone at the company to give me details of return authorization. I call the number on the website and it goes straight to a generic voice mail. I email the info email address and get replies but they are useless. I will never get my money back. Regarding the actual products, the sizes are way smaller than they say. Probably because they are coming from China and not Canada or New York, as their website says. The one shirt is paper thin and I can see thru the front and back when I hold it up. Summary: Cheap products and the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

I ordered a strapless bra from them. I have yet to receive it. I should have looked here before purchasing. After reading the many negative reviews I googled the Canadian address. It’s a house y’all! Good lord! I ordered through Apple Pay so I hope they don’t get my CC info! Thanks for the posting. I’ll look here first before ordering in the future. I’ll update when bra is received!

Paid for expedited shipping, still didn’t ship my stuff. Did not contact me when I contacted them. Never received my stuff. The Better Business Bureau has them listed as a company in Buffalo New York, I filed a complaint with them, I then filed a complaint with the attorney general of New York. I also filed fraudulent charges with my credit card company, charging them as someone that fraudulently charge my card.

I made an order on May 9, 2023. It took two weeks for my tracking number to even acknowledge my package. It got sent from Hong Kong to Los Angeles. My package has been in Los Angeles for over two weeks now. I’m going on six weeks and I have no idea where my merchandise is. I didn’t know that my merchandise was coming from out of the country. That should have been disclosed to me when I ordered. Update: It took 41 days total to receive my package. Both items were wrong. One was the wrong size, the other was a completely different style than I ordered. I emailed customer service about it over a week ago and I still have not heard back.

I see a lot of bad reviews. They are legit. It's not a scam. It takes awhile to receive some items, kind of reminds me when I bought through Wish. The bra I got (and love) came from China. So just be patient. Customer service was always responsive and friendly when I had questions. The people that say they didn't respond makes me wonder if they checked their email again. I talked to them 3 times and always got a response. It took just over a month to get it so if you don't like waiting, it may not be for you. Give companies time before you accuse them falsely of being a scam, especially ones that ship from overseas.

Total scam from China - they’re pretending to be a Canadian computer company but they’re not! They’re doing all these work arounds to get past systems from flagging them as a scam company. Fake pics, fake customer service, fake website, fake everything except stealing your money. Scam scam scam!

This company is not from Canada, they are scammers from China trying to rip off Americans. They use fake photos from ads they find & if you receive an item it will not be an item that was pictured in ad. I bought 2 blouses, over $60 worth & have received nothing. It’s now been over a month. When I sent them several emails they have an auto reply that asks for your order numbers & they’ll contact you in one to two days. They’re lying. They never contact you back. I did pay through PayPal & their policy is you try to settle disagreements with the seller. If that doesn’t work then PayPal will get involved to get your money back or they send your refund. Maybe PayPal will finally take this company out of their system so no one else gets cheated out of their money. They take your money immediately when you order but it will probably never be refunded. Another Chinese company cheating Americans.
