I should have done some research on this site, I received my shipment wrong color, this is a shame they they take your money and ignore you when you have an issue....Please do not purchase from this site...From what the other reviews stated is so true and the telephone # online do not Work I called....Lessons learned

You have to pay for return shipping! So my 60.00 items that are not even close to fitting as they should will cost me 55.00 to send back. I'll donate and never buy from them again.

Ordered two slouchy jumpsuits. One XL charcoal and one large black, black one arrived with no issues the charcoal was a taupe/brown. Emailed customer service once a week for 4 weeks. Will most likely dye the damn jumpsuit myself and eat the loss. So annoyed that the tiktok/fb ads got me. Don’t buy from these people or anyone using the same ads, all scams. Editing to add that it’s very clear after splurging on a free people jumpsuit they are using photos of that one to promote their crap jumpsuits. Do yourself a favor and just buy the free people one. There’s another company MIRRA that appears to be using the same photos/videos. Beware and safe shopping!!

I ordered tops and have been asking for weeks for an address to return them. They send an email stating that they will get back with me in 1 to 2 business days. Of course the two days comes and goes. Sent follow up emails with the same generated response to wait 1 to 2 days. They only take your money. PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I am appalled by their customer service, I chose 1 star by force....Negative stars. Returns are cost prohibitive and they take no responsibility. They sent me a link for the product description that went to my package tracking. Double Negative Stars! Ok, Comfy Blouse. Do you really think that offering 20% off my next order is going to satisfy how this purchase went? Do you really think that offering my 5% refund for current purchase is going to make me happy?! BEWARE of ordering, be SURE its is what you want, can live with because returns are cost prohibitive. 4 weeks to receive items and then they say it's my fault and that their descriptions are fool proof. Is that why you have soooooo many positive reviews??? A fact I did not pay attention to before ordering. NOT SATISFIED and as the communication continues, even more unsatisfied. Taylor Swift song coming to mind.....Yes, it's Me, I am the problem, its me. Does that satisfy you, Comfy Blouse. The name should have warned me of the amateur business practices. Stupid Name!

Haven't received my item ordered it over a month ago.. says eta is another 3 weeks... I haven't even gotten my pants yet but from what I'm seeing they're going to be horrible quality. I will be disputing it on my credit card if they re bad quality. What I will say is it would be faster to receive a donor kidney than it is to receive your order from these people.
