This product is absolutely garbage. It is completely a scan. It was nothing like it showed on the site. The size did not match the availability. After waiting a whole month from my product to arrive it was absolutely false advertisement. I want my money back !!!!!

I wish I could rate this zero stars. Absolutely horrible customer service. I requested to cancel my order right after I submitted it, and they responded and made it seem like it was canceled. Then, I received the bra and it didn’t fit. I requested to return it, and they waited WEEKS to respond. By the time they responded, they said I had missed the 30 day return window. Absolute scam. Do not buy from them.

SCAMMERS. CANNOT RETURN ITEMS AND SHORTS WERE TERRIBLE! Horrible experience. Purchased shorts and the quality was not up to par. They show every bump and lump. It says you may return within 30 days and need to send an email. They NEVER RESPOND. Phone number that is listed is a machine with no info nothing. Left a message and no return call

I ordered a linen/rayon jumpsuit and when it arrived it was polyester. I have tried to contact them via phone and e-mail and I don’t get a response. Don’t buy from this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They will take your money, send you defective, horribly made items, and then never return your calls or emails!!! TOTAL SCAM!

Do NOT buy from here!! It takes forever to receive your item and when you don’t like it you can’t return it. To get a refund you have to submit a request to their email. You get an immediate response saying that you will hear back in 1-2 business days but then never hear back.

I am STILL waiting for my order....this is a Chinese COmpany...with a contact phone in Brooklyn Ny ( which is a "ROBOT " voicemail.. They have NEVER responded to my query re: Where is my order"?.... I have received tracking notices ( 2 now) which indicate NO movement...... I will be filing a SCAM complaint w my credit card company etc ...is not received....NEVER EVER do biz w this group. Their "website" is geared toward US customer online..... ZERO response to my emails/ phone calls..... GOOD LESSON here!!!

This company is positively awful, a scam. They did not respond to my question about how I should send a clothing item back. They tried to make themselves look legitimate by sending an immediate, automatic response asking for my order number and promising to reply within "1 to 2 business days." I had already sent the order number. However, I re-sent it. After that, I never heard from them again. IN ADDITION, the clothing they sent looked very low quality compared to their pictures on the Web.
